About this property
Beach front villa, great views, private heated pool
This lovely villa is perfectly located, right on the beach. It has spectacular sea views of the nearby islands of Lanzarote and Lobos, you can step right onto the beach from the terrace, there are beach cafes literally 3 minutes walk away and the main centre of Corralejo with its quaint harbour and wide choice of bars and restaurants is an 8 minute stroll away. Despite being close to all amenities it is quiet during the day and night. There is no need to hire a car but there is ample on street parking nearby if you do have a car.
The villa has a private, heated pool, large terrace which catches the sun all day, two sun umbrellas and assorted sun loungers and wicker chairs, BBQ and outside dining area. There are no extra charges for anything so pool heating, WiFi etc are all free!
The villa is fully equipped with two bathrooms and sleeps up to six people comfortably. All linen is provided (but not beach towels). There is a large screen TV, fast, wireless internet, DVD player with about 40 popular DVD's, fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc. There is also a cot, high chair and stair gate if required.
There are two desks, a desk chair, fast fibre wifi and a large computer monitor if required.
House Rules:
1. The total number of guests allowed in the property is 6, with a maximum of 4
adults and a maximum of 3 children.
2. The primary renter must be a minimum of 30 years old.
3. The villa is only for the enjoyment of our guests, no overnight guests and no
parties/events are allowed.
4. No shouting, music or excessive noise on the pool terrace.
5. No pets are allowed.
6. Smoking is allowed outside.
7. The booking form must be completed and returned at least one month before
the holiday starts.
If you book, the Vrbo invoice will show the total price payable. This will include the extra charges of £25/guest/night over a base number of 2 guests. This will appear as 'Extra Guest' charge on the Vrbo invoice.
The property is licensed for renting under Spanish law with number VV-35-2-0002888.
PLEASE NOTE: The villa is situated in a quiet, peaceful, residential community which is what appeals to our guests. It is not a holiday complex. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, right on the beach, this is the villa for you. This villa is NOT suitable for any guests who are likely to disturb the neighbours with excessive noise, parties or entertaining.

Located in La Oliva, this villa is near a water park and on the beach. Canario Art Center and Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Marina Rubicon and Mirador de Lobos Golf. Acua Water Park and Cross Island are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

About the host

We are an English couple living in Sussex, England. Roger is a retired Petroleum Engineer, Sheila is a University Lecturer.
Why they chose this property
We bought this villa after a number of visits exploring most of the Canary Islands. In our opinion, Corralejo is the nicest resort in all of the Canary Islands. Luckily for us this villa became available in 2014 and we were in a position to purchase it. The main attractions of this property are the location right on the beach and it is only a short walk to the main restaurants, bars, local beaches and the harbour in Corralejo.
What makes this property unique
Private heated pool, part of a predominantly residential community which means it is nice and quiet during the day and night. There are no extra charges for anything and it has very fast internet, much better than what we get in the UK!
