Evelyne and Denis will welcome you with warmth and simplicity in this family home of the XIXth century entirely renovated. This cottage is located in a small village of 580 inhabitants in the quiet, in the campaign of Auxois, in the heart of Burgundy.

Stone house of 100 m2 with courtyard and garden entirely enclosed. Capacity of 6 people in 3 rooms (each room is big enough to accomodate a baby bed or for a young child if necessary):
- 1 master suite with double bed (140x190) + (at your disposal a comfortable 90 x 190 bed) and private bathroom with walk-in shower and large stone washbasin
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 80x200) in a bed of 160x200

- open kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge

A raised and flowered courtyard of 450 m2 for the relaxation and entirely closed to let play the children without worries. An annex building, an integral part of the lodging, for the garden equipment (chairs and armchairs), barbecue etc ... and in which you can return your bicycles or motorbikes. Finally, a last piece with a table football for good parts.
