Great location with plenty of space for our family of four. Having a kitchen made it convenient to plan for early breakfasts at the rental since many grocery stores and cafes don't open early. Easy walking distance to many of the sights we were interested in. Family-friendly park one block away. Having a dedicated off-street parking spot was a huge plus as we had a rental car.

This was the perfect apartment for our family of four. The provided parking was a perk I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate! Not having to worry about finding parking after a long day exploring was such a gift!The beds were comfortable. And we were always nice and toasty.Been walking distance from the church and downtown was nice. I would highly recommend!
Ulli was very responsive and accommodating when we had to change the dates (thank you!) The house is very convenient to downtown Reykjavik, and perfectly comfortable for 4 adults for a week-long stay.
Very nice apartment in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and the place is spotless! Would definitely stay there again!
We enjoyed our stay at this cute townhouse just a short walk from the Flybus stop. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and whole place was very clean. It was a perfect place to rest between activities.
Perfect convenient location! For our family of 5 adults, this duplex had everything we needed for our 3 day/2 night stay. The host provides detailed instructions (a must read on the key lock, doors, and dishwasher!) Hope to stay here again on our next visit.

This is a comfortable duplex located in a quiet Reykjavik neighborhood. It is an easy walk to the various amenities of the city center and provides extremely easy access to the main arteries for traveling outside the city. The owner was responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

We are the Jonsson family and have lived in London for nearly 25 years. We work from London but have a business in Iceland as well and therefore come regularly to Reykjavik for work and meeting up with friends and family.
Why they chose this property
This is my family's holiday property when we are in Iceland. It's a perfect hub to get about Reykjavik if you do not have a car. Yet, there is off street private parking and plenty of free parking on the street next to the house. The house is in one of the first organised and architect designed areas in Reykjavik built in 1937-8. The building style is called "Funkis" which reflects a contemporary and practical style for houses of the era. It's a very warm and welcoming home we like to share with our guests.

Central location with easy access to all necessities in Reykjavik. 3 minutes walk from a out-door and indoor swimming pools and geothermal hot tubs.
