Punta Grossa Village - THREE-ROOM APARTMENT first floor

A few minutes from the center of Porto Cesareo, the Punta Grossa village is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas of the Ionian coast of Salento.
The village overlooks the sea of the Porto Cesareo Marine Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Bosco dell'Arneo and the protected areas Palude del Conte and Coastal Dunes and the Park of Castiglione with its Spunnulate characteristics.
The village, which is open all year, is entirely wired in fiber optic, has a centralized TV system and is guarded 24 hours a day with private security service. Throughout the Village, there is also the WiFi Zone available for free to guests staying in the structure and who can connect to the Internet using their own device.
The availability of services may vary based on season and occupation.
During the summer the animation service is active throughout the day, for every age and every need.

The three-room apartment type AM is located in Compartment B of the village and can host in Residence Formula from 2 to 6 people.

It is in fact composed of a living room with a double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, a color TV and a private telephone, a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, 4 hotplates and a microwave; a double room with private safe and a small bedroom with double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses; a bathroom with shower and a covered veranda equipped for eating outside, equipped with clothesline.
