Cozy 65m2 holiday house, situated not far from the Limfjord and Ejerslev Harbour with lagoon and hiking path. It has 2 rooms (1 with double bed) + (2 persons bunk bed ). An extra guest bed is available, so it can accommodate 5 persons.

Cozy garden with swing and a place for bonfire. You can walk to the beach where their is an available row-boat. Open terrace with garden furniture.

Fossil and Mo-clay Museum together with Skarregaard Museum are located at the Northern part of Mors and you can also find the museums, Dueholm Kloster (Duehoin Monastery) and Støberimuseum (Morsø Iron foundry Museum) in Nykøbing. It is also in Nykøbing where you can find the island's most beautiful 18-hole golf course. Jesperhus Park and Resort is also located in Nykøbing.

In die Jahre gekommen

Es hätte schön sein können ... Die Lage, die Nachbarschaft ... alles bestens. Auch das Haus hat gewisse Vorzüge. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind gut. Ins Schlafzimmer gehört ein neues Bett. Das Bad hat kein Fenster / keine Abluft. Nach dem Duschen eine große Überschwemmung. Kaine Ablagen, kein 2. Spiegel irgendwo. Terrassen ohne Überdachung / Schirm. Möbel ausgebleicht. Die Mieter erhalten eine ausführliche Liste, was alles zu reinigen ist. Für den Vermieter gibt es so etwas offensichtlich nicht. Das Grundstück müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden, die Vorhänge gewaschen ... Sonnenliegen waren nicht vorhanden, Ruderboot unbenutzbar (wiegt mind. 80 kg), Staubsauger am Ende seiner Lebenszeit. Nochmals zur Sicherheit: Der Strand, der nahegelegene Hafen, die Ruhe --- alles bestens.

Wir fanden das Haus noch Ok, Küchenausstattung und Wohnbereich waren i.O.. Der Abfluss der Dusche liegt sehr ungünstig, so das beim Duschen das Bad unter Wasser steht. Der Staubsauger hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Der Gartenbereich sollte etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Wünschenswert wäre ein Kaminofen zum Heizen und kein offener Kamin. Das Boot kann man zu zweit nicht zu Wasser lassen und wieder herausbringen. Es wirkt auch nicht vertrauenserweckend.
