Luxury villa for up to 10 people with private pool and jacuzzi and spectacular golf course views. The villa is located 300 metres above sea level on the Salobre Golf course with views of the golf course and mountains. It is the perfect place, just a few minutes by car from the beautiful golden sandy beaches in the south of the island.



The house



On the upper floor is the main bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, dressing room and access to the private terrace. Another 3 bedrooms with double bed, satellite TV, bathroom with shower and access to the private terrace are also located on this floor. A great view on this level also offers the internal gym.



Another bedroom, also with a double bed, satellite TV and bathroom with shower, as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, a guest toilet and a patio form the basement. In the living room, next to the satellite TV, there is also a Smart TV. From the pool area, it also has access to another shower room.



All rooms can be accessed through the garden or the terrace. They are not connected to each other or to the rest of the living room.



The dwelling is equipped with a CO2 detector to ensure air quality



The outdoor area



The large terrace is partially covered and equipped with sun loungers and lounge furniture. The private pool (16 m x 4 m) has a counter-current system, solar pool heating and massage jets. A separate hot tub invites you to relax. This can be heated upon request for a fee.

The surroundings



The house is located in a beautiful complex at the Salobre Golf course. Two 18-hole golf courses invite players to improve their skills under the sun. Non-golfers will also adore the beautiful green gardens, the running track around the golf course and the peaceful atmosphere just a few minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
