Seaview Villas are located on a hill, offering wonderful panoramic sea view from all the seating spots!
It is only a few meters away from one of the best sandy beaches in North Crete! Just 10 minutes away from Rethymno town, 35 minutes away from the town of Chania and 1.5 km outside the old traditional village of Episkopi, where you can find all kinds of shops and restaurants. We believe that the location makes the difference in our villas and in your holidays!
Villa “Pirgos” and villa “Avra” are two semi-detached villas in a 1,500 m² area. Each villa has its own private 32 m² swimming pool, private gardens and BBQ.
Although both villas are in the same area, we took good care of your privacy! The only part that you have to share with the other house is the parking area.
Description of Villa Pirgos
Villa Pirgos is a 145 m² villa which can accommodate 8 people in beds and up to 10 people if it is necessary. The villa is a two story building with 4 bedrooms, comfortable indoor areas for 10 people and an amazing pool area!
Indoor layout
On the ground floor which leads you to the exterior area and the pool, you will find an open plan living / dining room with a fireplace, a seating area with a satellite TV, home-cinema and a dining table. There is also a well equipped small kitchen next to the living / dining room. Only one bedroom with one double bed and a private bathroom is situated on the ground floor.
The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor. Two with 2 single beds and one with 3 single beds. Two of the bedrooms are separated by one door, which is suitable for family with children! All the bedrooms contains private bathroom with shower/WC and air-condition.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area has a garden a private infinite swimming pool and a jacuzzi area with panoramic sea view! It is a perfect spot to spend your day with different ways such as swimming at pool, enjoying coffee in the garden and simply relaxing on the hammock. There is also a fenced area away from the pool which children can play around.
