The studio is set within a larger property and gardens. It is a self contained annex with separate entrance. As stated in the title, it is a studio and therefore does not have a separate bedroom, however It has a large living space, ideally for a couple but has a sofabed can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate shower room/wc. It is ideal for walkers, with many footpaths in the area and the Greensand Way adjoins the property. There is ample off road parking and Pluckley railway station is less than a mile away. For those coming by train, a collection service can be arranged for a small fee. There is a TV and free access to wifi. The property can be rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.
