As a Grand Luxxe Residence Club guest, you get to experience the most luxurious living spaces on the resort. Spacious suite and rooms, vaulted ceilings, private terraces with plunge pools, elegant fixtures, plush furnishings — this is your world-class vacation home.

Each 4-bedroom suite contains such amenities as full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic stove top, refrigerator w/ bottom freezer. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and 2 have 2-double beds. There are jetted bathtubs in each of the king-size bedrooms as well as showers in each of the 4-bedroom units. There is also a 1/2 guest bathroom.

The dining table seats 10 adjacent to a full bar set-up. There is one huge deck which features outside table seating, sofas, and lounge chairs which affords magnificant views of the bay/ocean, and the City Of Puerto Vallarta in the background. You will also be able to access your private "cooling pool" on the deck.

Additional decks flow out from each of the 3-guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the suite which contain sofas, lounge chairs and overlooks the Jack Nicolas world class golf course.

The resort accepts weekly bookings starting on Fri, Sat, Sun, or Mon ONLY.

Beautiful Property!

Had a great time over New Years week with our family. The property is huge and has so many things to offer you really don’t have to go anywhere if you don’t want to. The spa suites are beautiful and very spacious with an amazing balcony. Only suggestion would be to arrive not until 5pm or later as the check in process took awhile. Would definitely go again!

The Residence feels like a boutique hotel within the Grand Luxxe resort

Eight family members stayed at the Residence over Christmas week. Our 4 bedroom was lovely and spacious. The resort has dining and activities for varied tastes and interests. While the resort was crowded, we received attentive service and did not feel crowded or rushed at the Residence building/pool. Joe was super responsive to all of our questions before the trip. A great experience! Highly recommend.
