Beautiful two-bedroom villa in Meia Praia with scenic countryside views.



This lovely house has one master bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, another separate bathroom with shower, a large and cosy living room with a fireplace and glass doors which lead to the terrace and pool.



The house is situated in a beautiful residential area surrounded by mountains and close to the beach. A perfect getaway!

Tout était parfait.. La maison est idéalement située: au calme en dehors de la ville et pourtant très proche de la plage ( 2km) ou du centre de Lagos ( 5 min en voiture). Pas d'airco mais en aérant bien le soir, c'est OK Contact avec l'agence Mimosa excellent. En cas de problèmes, ils sont très réactifs

Moradia inserida em bairro residencial perto da Meia Praia.

Estadia tranquila, sem vizinhança ruidosa em moradia encantadora e no geral bem equipada ainda que sem ar condicionado, cuja falta em particular no Verão e no Algarve tornam as noites especialmente difíceis devido ao calor que se faz sentir e que nem as ventoinhas conseguem afastar.

The villa is need of a bit of love and attention, having spoken to the locals they reckon that the owners have not been seen for a long time and are looking to sell so it is not a surprise that the property has not been maintained to a standard that it deserves. Mimosa who manage the property did not seem that interested in customer service.

Schönes Haus und schöne Lage, jedoch mit kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten.

Das Haus steht am Ende einer Sackgasse mit der nördlichen Seite zum Tal ins Landesinnere. Man hat einen schönen Blick über das Tal bis zum Monchique Gebirge, u. a. auch von der Terrasse. Der Pool liegt sichtgeschützt hinter dem Haus in Richtung Tal und hat den ganzen Tag Sonneneinstrahlung, so dass dieser entsprechend angenehm warm ist. Generell wäre es eine ruhige Gegend, jedoch gibt es in der näheren Umgebung einige Grundstücke mit freilaufenden Hunden, die speziell nachts öfters und auch mal stetig bellen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausreichend ausgestattet. Ebenso sind Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Gasherd und großer Kühl-/Gefrierschrank vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit einem Essbereich, an dem auch mehr als vier Personen Platz finden. Satelliten TV und ein Receiver sind vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß mit jeweils zwei Betten und Einbauschränken, liegen jedoch windgeschützt auf der Südseite, so dass diese aufgrund der ganztägigen Sonneneinstrahlung abends sehr aufgeheizt sind und das abendliche Öffnen der Fenster und das Anschalten der Deckenventilatoren keine Abkühlung bringen. Die beiden Bäder haben Einzelwaschbecken, eine Dusche und ein Badezimmer eine Badewanne. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war sehr spartanisch, da uns nur die Zimmer und Ausstattung gezeigt wurden, die wir auch selbst wahrnehmen konnten. Erläuterung z. B. zur Müllentsorgung, Zugehörigkeit der vier Fernbedienungen, Steuerung der Deckenventilatoren erfolgten nicht. Speziell ein Hinweis, dass das Haus komplett mit Gasflaschen beheizt und das Wasser damit erwärmt wird, fehlten, da wir bereits am dritten Tag aufgrund beider leerer Gasflaschen kein warmes Wasser mehr hatten. Es wurden dann seitens Mimosa umgehend volle Gasflaschen organisiert, jedoch die sehr karge Einweisung von der Mitarbeiterin damit begründet, dass dies eine Kollegin und nicht sie selbst machte. Eine Reaktion zum fehlenden Fön erfolgte sehr träge bzw. erst bei der zweiten Aufforderung und dann mit der Unkenntnis, dass ein Fön in der Internet-Beschreibung aufgelistet ist. Dieser wurde aber umgehend besorgt. Grundsätzlich war jeder Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach einer Woche wurden wie beschrieben die Handtücher und Bettbezüge mit Laken gewechselt, sowie eine wöchentliche Poolkontrolle mit Reinigung durchgeführt. Die Endübergabe war unkompliziert.
