About this property

Holiday home with swimming pool for large families

If you want to spend days with your family dedicated to the farm holidays in the Marche region, relaxation and well-being in contact with nature, the Country House Villa degli Orti is the ideal place.
It is a rural accommodation facility that was born from an old farmhouse, located in the Marche countryside, in the municipality of Cagli, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, 1 km from Acqualagna (Capital of the Truffle), 40 km from the Adriatic Coast and 18 km from Urbino (Unesco Heritage city).
The structure has been recently renovated and consists of two completely independent holiday homes, made of stone with exposed beams. One of the two houses is part of the large cottage while the other is located a few meters from the main building.
For the exclusive use of guests, the swimming pool and outdoor areas for lunch and dinner.

The apartment is located inside the cottage and has two double bedrooms both with a large bathroom with shower. It is also possible to use the kitchen equipped with an oven (microwave and conventional), refrigerator, stove and coffee machine. The cozy living room has a table for 8 people, sofa and TV corner.
In the service rooms you can use the washing machine.
Extras: baby bed.
Wi-fi free.
Small pets only, subject to agreements.
Weekly linen change.
