Located 100 meters from the beautiful white beach of Porto Giunco ​​and its crystal clear waters, Villa Charlie is the ideal solution for those who want to relax in contact with nature in a refined and comfortable environment.
The villa, located in an exclusive and private complex, is surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with olive trees and other Mediterranean vegetation.
The internal environment consists of three bedrooms (two doubles and one with a bunk bed), two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a kitchen.
Large open galleries furnished with living and dining areas overlook the garden. The kitchen, the brick barbecue and the typical Sardinian wood-fired oven complete the outdoor area.
The house includes private parking, TV, WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning, safe, stereo, sun loungers and outdoor shower with hot water.

Amazing outdoor kitchen!

We had a fabulous relaxing week at this lovely villa. We loved the outdoor kitchen and based ourselves there for all meals, especially with the stunning garden to look at! The villa Is so well equipped, we didn’t lack anything. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach and the location is lovely and peaceful. We’d love to come back. Thank you for our lovely weeks holiday.

Phantastische Lage, liebenswerte Gastgeberin, tolle Ausstattung

Wir waren mit 2 Familien in der 3. Oktoberwoche in diesem schönen Haus. In der Villa Charlie hat es an nicht gefehlt. Für Familien, die nahe am Strand Ihren Urlaub verbringen möchten, ist es ideal. Vor allem zu erwähnen, ist die großartige Außenküche mit Pizzaofen und Grill- dort haben wir fast jeden Abend gesessen. Der Komfort und die Sauberkeit im Haus waren exzellent! Das Haus hat keinen Pool, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Deshalb ist das Haus für Familien mit Kleinkindern hervorragend geeignet, da sich auch der Strand nicht weit vom Haus befindet (ca. 100m). Der Strand ist phantastisch und auch nicht steil abfallend. Es gibt geschützte Buchten und Sand soweit das Auge reicht. Im Ort Villasimius gibt es ein paar nette Lokale und Bars. Den Ort erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 25 min, oder mit dem Auto in 5min. Zu empfehlen ist mit Kindern der Spaziergang zur Ruine am Strand, von dort aus hat man einen schönen Blick über die Bucht. Liebe Eleonora, wir kommen gern wieder :-))

Villa splendida a quattro passi dal mare

Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane a Villa Charlie e siamo stati benissimo. La Villa è curata con molto gusto in ogni ogni dettaglio. In particolare le verande - e specialmente quella con la cucina esterna - fanno da perno alla vita della casa. Il giardino è favoloso e perfetto per bambini. La casa è veramente a 2 minuti da una delle spiagge più belle della Sardegna. Infine, Eleonora e sua madre sono state gentilissime e sempre disponibili.
