in einem gut unterhaltenen Mehrfamilienhaus, zwar zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie, bietet aber dennoch eine gute Aufenthaltsqualität - zu Fuss braucht‘s 5 Min. zum Strand und 10 Min. in die schöne Altstadt. Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und schnell im Beantworten von Fragen. U+N, Sept 22

Geräumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Sehr nette Vermieterin, geräumige gemütliche Wohnung, sehr gute Lage, Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar, Bahnhof und Altstadt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, Stellplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden. Leider nachts laut durch Straße und Zug, besonders das Zimmer zur Straße hin. Kein WLAN vorhanden, das WLAN der Stadt ist manchmal auf dem Balkon zu empfangen. Chiavari ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 più un bambino, ma l’appartamento è abbastanza grande per ospitare tranquillante fino a 6 persone. Impatto molto carino e i proprietari super disponibili e gentili. Appartamento confortevole e spazioso, dovrebbe essere un po’ più curata la pulizia nei dettagli ma tutto sommato è andata più che bene. È vicino al passaggio del treno che potrebbe dare fastidio insieme al rumore della strada per chi non è abituato ma accettabile calcolando che mio figlio di due anni non si è mai svegliato (per quelli più sensibili al rumore con le finestre chiuse non si sente niente). Vicino alla spiaggia e vicino al centro. Consiglio assolutamente per chi vuole soggiornare a Chiavari
