PERFECT PLACE FOR CHILDREN! You Will Be Able To Work Directly With Owner. We Want To Make Staying In Our Home The Best Possible Experience From Start To Finish.
This beautiful, relaxing, ALL ONE LEVEL town home is one of the newer Coral Ridge properties. The CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND and picnic tables are adjacent to this town home! You will be able to walk to the TWO LARGE POOLS, (just one Pool is heated Nov-Jan) 2 HOT TUBS, Clubhouse, fitness center, ping pong table, showers, and lounge.

We have nice seating and tables on the backyard courtyard and a WEBER bbq for your cooking enjoyment!
Our home is professionally furnished and everything is clean and fresh. Each bed has total comfort in mind from the mattress to the down comforters. Each room has been tastefully decorated and staged for your maximum comfort.
Some of the amenities of the house are: 3 SMART televisions with RoKu and many apps, DVD players, high speed internet, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, washer and dryer, master bedroom with a king bed walk in closet, master bath with soaker tub and shower, bedroom 2 with queen bed, bedroom 3 with two bunk beds full on bottom, twin on top that is designed for youth. (sleeps 6) All have luxury bedding. Two car garage, alarm clocks in each bedroom with radios, desk/office space. Games galore, and books and puzzles.

If you enjoy golfing, we are right next door to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Access to golf paths are just up the street.

There is also a stocked fishing pond just adjacent to the Coral Ridge Community where you can enjoy fishing right out your door.

A perfect Stay!

Great place to stay when exploring Zion National Park

Our stay at Coral Ridge was wonderful. The accommodations were spotless! We had plenty of room for the five adults in our group. The beds were super comfortable. We hiked in the mornings to avoid the heat and enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. We would highly recommend Coral Ridge and hope to return in the future.

Fun Place To Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean, well stocked with linens, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc. It was very roomy and we had plenty of space. The host was very good at communication and replied in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this rental!

Perfect place!

This was perfect for our family of 5 and my parents. The bunk room is great for kids. Right next to the park and within walking distance to the pool. My kids really loved the games they provided and the home was just what we needed for a long tournament weekend of baseball. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun family vacation

Our stay at this Bay Hill beauty was amazing! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The BBQ grill got lots of use! The board games were a great addition, we played games every nights. Beautiful clean home!

Very well maintained townhome in very quiet neighborhood. The “community” pools were beautiful, and also well maintained. Owner responds quickly to any question! Also, the home is stocked with all you need. Big spacious porch area to enjoy as well! I’d stay here again for sure.

This property is beautiful, comfortable, and provides many extras that help you feel right at home. Clean, comfy, and stylish decor. TVs, games, and books are great for entertaining kids. Kitchen is well-stocked. Costco and Walmart are not far from the property. We loved the pools, pond, and nearby golf course too!

Gary and I grew up in Southern California and now live in Utah. We have a large family (10 children and 33 grands) and we love to travel and especially LOVE southern Utah. We love 4 wheeling and razor riding in the southern Utah mountains and hiking and biking. Love Zions, Snow Canyon, the beautiful scenery, along with Sand hollow and all the lakes in the area.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this home away from home because we are in love with the Southern Utah beauty and the warm climate. We spent many vacation hours in the St George area making wonderful memories with family and friends. We love the hiking and swimming and the scenery that surrounds us here. We stayed in the Coral Ridge community a few years ago, and after that, we knew we wanted a place of our own and to share.

What makes this property unique

We know you will love our home...we offer so many amenities, fully stocked for all your needs. It's bright and beautiful with luxury bedding is that is a must for us so we passed that along to you! Kids will enjoy the playground right outside your front door! Down the street close by, there are two pools and hot tubs along with a clubhouse, nice fitness room and ping pong. Ours is definitely your home away from home!
