Villa Nelia spans 130 m² and includes three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room, providing all the amenities for a comfortable stay.



The outdoor area features a 32 m² (8 × 4 m, 1.65 m depth) swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a BBQ area, and a veranda with spectacular views — ideal for watching the colorful sunsets. The villa offers full privacy and secure private parking.



With a car, guests can easily reach Rethymno city in about 15 minutes. The sandy northern beaches are approximately 25–30 minutes away, while the southern coast and Libyan Sea can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Relaxing holiday

The property is a lovely place for a relaxing break. It is very quiet with wonderful views. A car is definitely needed but if you are looking for a “get away from it all” break - this is ideal.

Incredible sunsets!

Goods points:- * We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 16 and 17. We loved our stay at Villa Nelia. * The villa is in a great location with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The pool area gets the sun all day and the parasols are great for those wanting shade. * The kitchen is very well equipped and the outside BBQ area is perfect. * After one week the cleaners changed all of our sheets and cleaned the whole villa. Areas that could be improved:- * The air con wasn't working properly when we arrived. We advised the management company and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. * The garden area surrounding the villa is looking a bit neglected. Grass needs cutting and weeds removing etc. * Some of the furniture inside the villa is looking tired and could do with replacing. The dining chairs are worn and the white table next to the kitchen is old and marked and could do with replacing. * It would have been nice to have had a choice of pillows. We all had very firm pillows and ended up with neck ache! Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying at this villa.

Tolle Villa mit super Aussicht

Leider war das Wetter Ende Mai nicht so toll. Die Villa hat eine sehr schöne Lage, ist uneinsehbar und man ist in 15 min in Rethymon. Es gibt einiges Hundegebell in der Gegend. 3 mal mussten wir eine Schafherde vom Grundstück vertreiben, da der Zaun mal repariert werden müsste. In der Toreinfahrt ragt ein Anschlag aus dem Boden, an dem wir den Unterboden unseres Mietwagens (VW-Polo) ordentlich beschädigt haben. Man muss sich, beim Durchfahren des Tores soweit wie möglich rechts halten. Das Tor funktioniert elektrisch. Bei Stromausfall kommt man nicht vom Grundstück. Wir hatten allerdings nur einen 15-minutigen Stromausfall. Die Auffahrt zum Grundstück sieht etwas gruselig aus, ist aber einfach zu fahren. In 5 min kann man einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt erreichen in dem fast alles vorhanden ist. Pool-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice perfekt. Wir haben auf die Zwischenreinigung verzichtet. Alles in allem kann man die Villa Nelia empfehlen.

Bilder und Beschreibung treffen exakt zu

Sehr gepflegtes Objekt in ländlicher Lage mit grandiosem Panorama. Gärtner und Haushälterin kommen 2 mal pro Woche , es wird komplett geputzt und Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird gewechselt. Ich kann die Villa guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
