Within walking distance of several nice (beach) restaurants (Siroko Beach, Aqui Te Quiero Ver, Chiriguito Ranchon Cubano) and supermarkets (SuperCor, Mercadona, Lidl). This house is ideal for a perfect holiday. The famous Plaza de los Naranjos in Marbella is just 10 minutes by car, the fashionable port of Puerto Banus is 15 minutes away. The house was completely renovated in 2017, offers a beautiful and cozy garden (west side) and three terraces. There is a communal garden with a swimming pool.
