The complex enjoys direct access to the beach, a large swimming pool as well as pleasant green areas carefully maintained.

The Elviria area (Marbella East) is a popular residential area located on the eastern side of Marbella, about 15 minutes by car from the center of Marbella and 35 minutes from Malaga International Airport. Fabulous Holiday - all boxes ticked!

Absolutely loved the apartment, it really ticked all of the boxes. Short stroll to cafés, bars, restaurants and of course the beach. The location could not be better for a relaxing sun holiday. Caroline and Aurora were so helpful. They arranged for the driver we booked through them to collect us from the airport to have the apartment keys with him so everything ran so smoothly. Thank you so much, we will be back :-)

Awesome high quality apartment in Elviria

Very nice apartment with direct view of the beach and walking distance to beach club Perla Blanca. We stayed here for 5 weeks and enjoyed the functionality of the apartment as well as the nice swimmingpool. The communication with Interhouse Managent via Aurora and Caroline was pleasant and they were very responsive. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We will be back next year

The host/property managers are very good. Quick response to questions and concerns. Very friendly and helpful.The location is good. Great view and good beach and board walk for walking and enjoying the sea.The unit is spacious and well equipped. The Lanai and balcony are feature. The furniture looks good but not very comfortable.When we arrived, mid January, the heat was off and the unit was very cold. It took several days to get to a comfortable temperature.

Schöne Wohnung an toller Lage

Die modern und mit Stil eingerichtete Wohnung im ersten Stock bietet Sicht aufs Meer. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Nespresso Maschine, Klimaanlage, Backofen …) Die Anlage ist nicht zu gross und sauber. Der Pool ist von 11-20 Uhr geöffnet und stets ist ein Lebensretter vor Ort. Distanz zu Strand und Chringuito: 1/2 Minute. Kurz: unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung mit hervorragendem Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage einer überschaubaren Wohnanlage mit großem Pool, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung, modern und in keinster Weise verwohnt, machte eher einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Geschirr usw. ist üppiger Weise neuwertig vorhanden. Bestechend ist der Meerblick von der teils übedachten Terrasse. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Die Übergabe der Wohnung mittels eines ortsansässigen Taxifahrers (man kann sich Kosten für die Übergabe so sparen) war vollkommen unkomliziert und kann so zu jeder Tages- oder Nachtzeit vereinbart werden. Die Bilder und die Beschreibung im Inserat entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Wir (2 Ehepaare Ende 50) können die Wohnung wirklich jedem empfehlen.
