Perfect Location
We had a great stay at this place. The host was very communicative and accommodating to some of our needs. We come every year for an event and finding this place was perfect for our needs this year.

Family trip
Excellent house with a great location! We had elk in the back yard and mule deer! We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids loved having their own space

Great Property
We had a fun time in an extremely well stocked house. Rarely is it so easy to cook in a rental house. Access to the lake made it easy to go on a walk around the lake or walk the lake path to downtown. The only complaint was that the two queen bed mattresses are getting a little old. The hot tub, view, layout and overall comfort of the property are great.

Absolutely Perfect!
This home was perfect for our family. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this home was so clean it nearly felt like it had never been lived in. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We saw elk, geese, and coyotes in the backyard several times during our stay. Our kids enjoyed fishing the lake/river which was a very short walk from the home.

Perfect Location for the rut
This home was absolutely perfect. From the moment you walked in the door you could smell the cleanliness. All the added touches were so great as well.

Doug and I have been married 24 years and live in Loveland, Colorado (45 minutes from Estes Park.) We have two kids Zach (19) and Payton (17). Doug is a financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments and I am a stay-at-home mom. I property manage both of our rentals in Estes Park and my kids and I, all clean the houses after guests leave.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because Estes Park is a beautiful place to be. It is in the perfect location - close to downtown, on the golf course, close to the walking path that goes around Lake Estes, and it is "ground zero" during the elk rut. There have been days where we have had hundreds of elk behind the house. It is amazing! We love it and hope you will too!

What makes this property unique

One of the coolest things about this home is the location. It is so close to everything AND seeing wildlife in our yard is one of the neatest things I have ever seen. We have a resident bald eagle that we see every morning - and sometimes late in the afternoon. We have elk in the yard quite frequently - eating the wild grass. It is truly an experience if you see elk up close and personal (behind glass though - NEVER try to approach the wildlife!) In late- September through October, the Lake Estes Golf Course has to be closed because the elk gather there during the "rut." It is SO cool!
