Incredible views and a great location close to everything. Each side of the house offers different views of the park and town. We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9!
We loved the house! It is beautiful, and the views are amazing! The only thing that would have made it better, would be a working A/C. We are from Florida and used to sleeping with it. We were there during some very warm days and opening the windows didn't cool it down quickly enough at night to sleep well. Otherwise, we really did love staying here!
We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked. The accusations were very comfortable. And the views were beautiful!
Cloud 9 is gorgeous, and in a beautiful spot on top of a hill in Estes Park. It was fully appointed as stated in the listing. Even with 9 people it hardly felt full- there are loads of separate and cozy lounging spots. Everything was spotless and decorated for the holidays, and there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. 5 minutes from downtown, Lake Estes, grocery stores etc. Would love to stay there again!
The property was great - we had four couples and the home provided plenty of space for all. What isn't mentioned or shown in the description is the amazing views from the property's several decks; these were amazing. Location was extremely convenient to Estes Park and the National Park. Property managers were super responsive to the questions we had - highly recommend this property.
We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The views from all of the decks were stunning! The house is very well cared for and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again!
My husband and our 3 adult children loved this house. We had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, and the common areas were great for us to spend time together. We hiked every day and the location was perfect for RMNP and our 1 day in Boulder. No AC, but the nights, even in July, were cool and we stayed comfortable with the windows open. Beautiful views in every direction. Easy access to Estes Park grocery, shops, and restaurants.
Was able to really enjoy Estes Park and RMNP while socially distancing, as the house sits on the hilltop! Plenty of room to enjoy each other, and the views from each room and decks were fantastic.
The pictures posted here do not do this property justice! It was so clean and comfortable! Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, it was so cozy! It was a wonderful family trip to enjoy each others company! We hope to go back again!!!

Perfect vacation home in Estes Park
This was our first trip to Estes Park and we couldn’t have picked a better home to rent! The views and location were unbeatable. The home was perfect for 6 adults with plenty of room to spare and it was even prettier than expected. We hope to be back soon!
Cloud Nine is amazing. I don’t think you could find a place in Estes Park with better views and still be so close to town. The home is so spacious which worked well for our family. The communication throughout the booking and stay was great. We had such a good time and would love to stay at Cloud Nine again.
The pictures understate the beautiful views in all directions. The house is near town, so it is easy to get provisions. The house was clean and in great shape. Cloud Nine made our family reunion trip very special!

Majestic Views
We rented the home as our daughter was getting married in the National Park. The house is a great place for a family get together. The 360 views of Estes Park, the lake, and the mountains was even better than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Estes.

Cloud Nine is beautiful!
Cloud Nine is aptly named, one of the nicest rental houses we have ever stayed in. The photos and house description were accurate and everything in the house worked, not always the case with rentals. I hope we can stay there again.

Fantastic, comfortable, modern, panoramic views all describe this property well!
We came to town for a wedding and found this location to be amazing. The room layout was very functional and the beds were very good. Breakfast with a coffee and the mountain views was a daily highlight. The kitchen was well stocked and the house is up to date. We will be a return renter.
Wonderful time in a fantastic home. Fun and quirky, spacious and clean. The 4 decks were amazing. Despite the windy weather and fire conditions, we had a blast!

We fell in love with this home and have decided to share it with others as enthusiastic about Estes Park as we are. When the house isn’t rented, we come here to enjoy it with our friends and family as we hope you will. Coming here resets us in a way no other place does. Peace, quiet and harmony with nature are all part of the experience
Why they chose this property
We’re from Chicago and have been coming to Estes Park for many years and enjoy it immensely. There’s no place like it on the planet! It has everything we love right here, from mountain peaks, to rushing water falls. Besides the awe inspiring Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP), there are plenty of things to do like horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and just plain getting away from it all. We have so much fun going into town for shopping, going to restaurants, strolling along the river walk and the famous weekend festivals. Estes Park has so much to offer! We also like watching the many animals that visit us. Watch for deer, elk, bear and beautiful hummingbirds, to name a few.
What makes this property unique
The views are absolutely amazing!!! The first reaction of most people that come here is to take a look at the views and immediately feel the stress just melt away. Relaxation made easy! “Wow!” is what most say. Come, see for yourself; 360° of breathtaking views including the Continental Divide, Lake Estes, Longs Peak, the Mummy Range which includes the Twin Owls and the Sleeping Giant. The house is tastefully decorated, and if you’re not in the mood to shoot some billiards, take some time to soak in the 6-person hot tub, relax on one of the decks or take a snooze on the hammock hanging from the Ponderosa Pine off the main deck. The house is perched on top of Little Prospect Mountain, above Estes Park; however, town is less than one mile away. It is 3 miles to the entrance of RMNP. Choose between two golf courses right in Estes Park. Eldora, the closest ski resort, is approximately an hour’s drive.
