About this property
Luxury Mountain Home on Fall River!RV Gargage,Huge Hot Tub&Deck-RiverHouse, Estes Park CO
VHR#3424 Welcome to our River House! Newly renovated with a luxurious mountain modern style, our spacious home sits on Fall River surrounded by trees. We also have an RV garage and large parking area for an RV for those hitting the road and wanting a stop. Our sprawling wraparound deck runs the length of the house riverside and around one of the sides. It’s a perfect place to safely get out of your at-home quarantine and not get on each other’s nerves. Outside security cameras on site. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time.
Indoors: The gourmet kitchen is centrally located. With leathered granite counters and a large island that also seats three, gorgeous hickory cabinets, new appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s a spacious place for the cooks and others. The entire clan can gather for a meal at the table which seats 10. Off the kitchen is the riverside sun room, with both rooms opening onto the deck.
The house continues to open up onto a game area and into a very large great room with a wet bar. In these riverside spaces, we’ve brought the outdoors in through several door walls that open onto the wraparound deck. With the peaked tongue and groove natural wood ceiling, the striking river stone fireplace, and the sound of the river, you will truly feel away from it all!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are three King suites upstairs. The Master Bedroom suite is a lovely haven, with a sitting room, a king size bed, fireplace, TV, balcony, a 5-piece bathroom and a large closet. Fully renovated with a river stone shower, a modern rectangular bathtub, leathered granite countertops and new hickory cabinets, you will feel like you’ve escaped to a spa. Two other King suites (attaches bathrooms) provide the perfect respite for adults or kids.
On the first floor you will find the bunk room, perfect for kids or those who don’t want to do stairs. There are two bunk beds, one is a regular twin over twin bunkbed and the other is a twin over queen bunkbed. The main floor bathroom is ADA friendly.
Outdoors: The large wraparound deck with an 8-person hot tub was designed for the whole family to enjoy. You can hear the rushing sounds of the river flowing over the rocks and often see trout swimming past. Enjoy the morning sun while sipping your coffee in an Adirondack chair or eating your breakfast on the deck as you watch for wildlife. Elk, deer, fox, wild turkey, and a variety of winged visitors frequent our property.
The Area: Our home is approximately a mile away from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and is within walking distance to downtown Estes Park (15-20 minutes). Simply follow the sidewalk path which becomes the Riverwalk into town.
Before you reach town, you’ll come upon Performance Park, the Estes Park amphitheater, an open-air venue that hosts a variety of musical performances. You are likely to see some of our largest neighbors, elk, on the property, in town or in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Shopping, dining, and entertainment abound in the area. Enjoy hiking around Lake Estes or be adventurous and try a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. There are a variety of levels of difficulty and elevations for all with natural beauty a guarantee. Take the opportunity to fish on the river, boat on Lake Estes, or ride on horseback. The opportunities are unlimited!
Estes Park strictly regulates the vacation home occupancy for both daytime and overnight guests. The owners and the city feel it is important to maintain the residential integrity to keep Estes Park the pristine community it is known for. Please respect the maximum 10-person policy. This property is perfect for small intimate groups or family gatherings. Our garage accommodates 3 vehicles and one of these can accommodate an RV. We also have ample parking outside of the garage in our circular driveway with a parking pad.
Come visit and make our mountain home yours!
