Book this recently renovated Gulf front condo at Tops'l Beach Manor! Enjoy these one of a kind views of the Gulf and Tops'l Hill Nature Preserve! This is a great getaway for a weekend or a week with family and friends. Enjoy the views while cooking in this fully renovated kitchen with a conduction cooktop. The master bedroom is nicely appointed with its own views as well as a king bed and flat screen television. The spare bedroom has a comfy queen bed with a flat screen as well. Come enjoy some quiet time at Tops'l Beach Manor!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had a great stay, the condo was as advertised- great location & amenities. Only comment was on the cleanliness - fans all needed to be dusted as well as baseboards, mattress pads stained and should be replaced, smaller bedroom mattress dips - missing a support board (was under the bed on the floor)and clock in the kitchen needs batteries. All minor things but might be helpful for owner to know. Would definitely come back!

The condo we rented was excellent, and we have nothing negative to say about it. However, the new rule that only allows guest who rented directly through Tops’l’s onsite company to order at the Bar & Grill is absurd.We’ve been frequenting Tops’l for over 14 years, and this was the first time we were not allowed to order at the Bar & Grill. It was even more frustrating because there was no one at the Bar & Grill when we went to order. Being turned away simply because we didn’t go through Tops’l onsite company is ridiculous.To make matters worse, we make a last-minute decision to visit because of a death so our regular condo was booked. We searched online putting Tops’l in the search and , and Tops’l Onsite Company wasn’t an option.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! The home was exceptionally clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the views were amazing. The location was also super convenient to the beach!A few things were disappointing. The dryer wasn’t working when we arrived, but the host was responsive and had a repairman out the next day, which we appreciated. It would also be nice to have a small starter supply of coffee for guests arriving late when the grocery store isn’t an option.Our biggest disappointment was the advertised on-site bar & grill. This was actually one of the main reasons we chose this rental for the convenience, but we found out the new owners do not allow renters to use it. The listing also mentions food trucks, but during our stay there was only one, and it was an acai bowl truck. I would recommend updating the listing so guests know what to expect.One other heads-up: tents aren’t allowed on the beach, only umbrellas. Code enforcement was also very particular about our cool cabana-style umbrella because it had cloth anchors on the corners.Despite those issues, we had a great stay and really loved the cleanliness, location, views, and comfort of the home!
