Situated in the upmarket suburb of De Waterkant, is a truly unique apartment. With a stone archway, chandeliers and exposed beams it really is a mini urban castle.
Complete with a courtyard and rooftop area, the ideal lookout point for surveying the city and having a dip in the splash pool.

The Space:
The heart of this home is the open plan living area, which is truly exquisite. Exposed wooden beams provide character while the chandelier offers a touch of elegance.
The room contains a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, formal dining for 6 guests and a beautiful TV lounge with satellite channels. From here you can access the courtyard.
The three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.
The Master has a King, Second a Queen and the third has twin beds.
All are en-suite, have air-conditioning, TV's and outdoor access onto the courtyard where you will find outdoor dining for 7 and a sun lounger.
Stairs lead up to the rooftop pool deck with a splash pool, and comfortable outdoor furniture.
There is street parking.
Air-con is only available in certain areas.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this residence. We were close to places to eat and in walking distance to places we wanted to go. The neighborhood was clean and well protected. We had three couples that occupied the residence.

Super location as you drive against the dreaded Cape Town traffic. Clean, lovely rooftop pool.

The space was totally adequate for our 3 couples. I found the well labeled light switches a challenge. Kitchen was easy to use. Front room shared it’s shower/toilet and sink with the laundry for all. We had one sleep disrupted night because wind rattles the windows - we had to put folded cardboard between the windows and their frames to stop it once we figured out where it was coming from.

We loved the property very much! There was plenty of room to accommodate all 6 of us. It was quiet and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
