Welcome to our modern holiday home in Costabella, only 10 minutes drive to Marbella old town and 15 minutes drive to Puerto Banus.



Costabella is well known for its good beach bars and sandy beaches.



This modern holiday home is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and shops, so no car is needed.



There are also many golf courses, such as Santa Clara or Rio Real within a 5 minutes drive.



The flat is on the first floor and built on one level. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with direct access to the terrace with lovely views to the communal garden and a fully fitted kitchen.



The master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be joined together into a double bed.



Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.



We provide bed linen and bath towels for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items.



The flat is air-conditioned, so you can adjust the temperature for heating or air-conditioning in all rooms.



In the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.



The living room with direct access to the terrace has a large sofa with plenty of space to relax. The terrace with lovely views to the communal garden has a sofa and a dining table, to enjoy evenings with family and friends.



The dining area is equipped with a glass table with 4 chairs.



Also included in the rent is a parking space directly underneath the building, which can be accessed directly via the stairs.



For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

The complex has several swimming pools with sunbeds to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the sun of the Costa del Sol. There is also a tennis court in the complex. Opening times may vary according to season, subject to availability.



You can walk through the beautiful garden of the urbanisation directly to the beach. Directly on the beach you will find 2 restaurants. On the right \"Miguel y Maria, Da Sergio\" a mixture of Italian and Spanish food. On the left \"Fernando y Encarni\", a very nice Spanish restaurant, also very nice!
