Location appartement fete de fin d'annee

Immeuble en cours de ravalement donc avec un echafaudage devant la porte fenetre principale....! Pas d'intimité. Passage regulier des ouvriers pour peindre la terrasse. Demontage des parois de verre du balcon etc... qu'en pensez vous ? J'espere avoir une reponse de votre part.

Hier fehlt es an nichts!

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch für mehr als 2 Personen ist sie sehr geräumig, fußläufig zur ummauerten Stadt und sehr nahe zum Strand gelegen. Aufzug und abgeschlossener Tiefgaragenplatz tragen zum Komfort dieser Wohnung bei. Bemerkenswert der freundliche Empfang durch die Gastgeberin.

Tout est parfait !

L'appartement est bien situé, spacieux, fonctionnel avec un double garage fermé. Bon accueil . Pas besoin de voiture, ballade à pied, tout est à proximité, la mer, la plage, les commerces, les restaurants.... et Saint Malo intra muros ! Et en plus le soleil !!!

We hadden een schitterende week in dit mooie appartement en hebben genoten van de omgeving. Zeer vriendelijke verhuurders! Enkel jammer dat de onderbuur bij ons vertrek erg onvriendelijk overkwam en ons beschuldigde van overlast terwijl dit zeker niet het geval was. De ochtend van vertrek hebben we inderdaad wat geluid gemaakt bij het poetsen van het appartement. Jammer dat sommige mensen zo onverdraagzaam zijn!

Vaste appartement, bien équipé, bien situé, parking et sécurité super!

L’appartement est bien plus vaste que ce que les photos laissent penser. L’accueil de la propriétaire est rassurant . Elle prend le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement des appareils ménagers. La cuisine est bien équipée. La mer très proche et les murs de la vieille cité sont à 10 mi de marches. Nous avons beaucoup aimé St-Malo, belle ville. Bons restaurants et beaucoup d’histoire…

Grand appartement bien situé à St Malo, sur le port et tout proche d’intra-muros. Il est grand et bien agencé. La loggia et les 2 garages en sous-sol sont vraiment un plus.

Nous avons été très déçu par l'environnement. Beaucoup de bruits dû à la rénovation du bat en face.

Nous aurions aimé être prévenus par ces travaux. Déjeuner ou lire sur le balcon devenait désagréable. De plus la rue est très bruyante. Bref, si nous avions eu tous ces éléments nous n'aurions pas loué.

L’appartement est très confortable et bien équipé, rien ne manque, il y a même des jouets pour les enfants ! La pièce de vie est plus grande que ce qu’elle paraît sur les photos, et les chambres sont toutes très calmes. La situation est parfaite, tout peut se faire à pieds. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et arrangeants, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très bon accueil de l'hôte à notre arrivée. L'appartement est vaste, lumineux et bien agencé. A quelques dizaines de mètres de la plage du Sillon et à quelques centaines de mètres d'Intra muros il est idéalement situé. Le garage en sous-sol avec accès direct à l'appartement par ascenseur est un "plus" indispensable.

franchement un superbe séjour! non seulement on est à deux minutes de la plage! et à 15 min à pied de l’intramuros! juste top! par contre sur les photos on a l impression que le salon est petit mais en réalité, le salon salle à manger est vraiment très grand! la terrasse est vraiment imposante aussi et cela doit être vraiment agréable au printemps et en été 🥰 niveau équipement, on se croirait vraiment à la maison 🏠 un grand grand merci et à bientôt

Wohnung zwischen den Docks und Sillonstrand

Lieben Sie die Farbe Pink und Orchideen? Nach einer Woche in einem geräumigen Ferienhaus mussten wir uns erstmal etwas eingewöhnen. Außer den etwas kurzen Betten und fensterlosen Badezimmern gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Gutes WLAN und gute wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Wir haben St. Malo und Umgebung (Cancale, Mont St. Michel) in dieser Woche sehr genossen. Danke an Therese und ihren Mann für die herzliche Aufnahme.

Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, disponibles et nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, agréable, très propre : il y fait bon vivre ! Il est spacieux et très bien équipé. Il se situe à quelques minutes de la vieille ville, d'un supermarché et de la plage. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Excellente adresse !

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur attention de bienvenue. Grand appartement clair, propre, déco zen jusqu’au bouquet d’arums, un grand garage, et surtout l’emplacement. À deux pas de la mer, 10 mn pour aller dans l’intra muros, idem Intermarché, le marché et le cinéma. Pas besoin de voiture. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. un bon souvenir à Saint Malo

Bon accueil des propriétaires et appartement agréable où il fait bon vivre... Tout proche de la plage. Commerces et centre ville à une station de bus.
