Only 7 km from the beach and about 20 minutes driving from the airport. Close to local towns like Boliqueime, Loule, Olhos de Agua, Albufeira, Vilamoura and Almancil. 12x5 Swimming-pool. 1250sq m plot, fully fenced; Satellite TV; Kitchen fully equipped, barbecue. Carpot for 2 cars and automatic gate at property entrance. Wireless Internet connection available for exclusive use of guests.
The villa is set over two floors and it has one double bedroom on the ground floor and another double plus a twin on the first floor, all en-suite and with private balcony facing south.
All Bedrooms and the Living-Room are equiped with air-conditioned.
You will just need a short drive to take you to Vilamoura or Albufeira, where you can enjoy the famous Algarve beaches or sample typical Portuguese cuisine from a great selection of restaurants after which the vibrant nightlife awaits you, as well as Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
