Recent architect house built on a ground with waterfront with direct access to the beach, located in Léchiagat, a small village near Guilvinec, first artisanal fishing port. The living rooms are on the 1st floor, to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea. The house is very bright with its windows that open onto a terrace of 25m2. From the inside you can admire the sea sitting quietly on the couch. In the basement, there is a garage and a boiler room with washing machine, dryer, freezer.

Sheets are provided as well as towels. The beds are made upon arrival. The wifi connection is free of charge. No pets allowed.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, direkt am Meer. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, man hat alles was man braucht. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist der Abschied von diesem wunderbaren Ort.

Tout était parfait !Accueil simple et convivial, maison où tout est pensé pour nous être facile et agréable, calme absolu, l'océan au bout des yeux et au ras des orteils, petit port à portée de balade, commerces accueillants et variés, marchés, bouquiniste et librairie indépendante pour un moment de détente avec un thé ou un café, même la pluie s'est faite timide juste pour se faire pardonner de manquer à la réputation de la région... sourire... de fin... nous reviendrons.

Fall in Bretagne

My wife and I rented this property for two weeks in November. We expected fall weather—a little bit cold and lots of rain. That would have been ok. But the weather was actually very nice—on the warm side, lots of sunshine, but also lots of wind and just enough rain, including a few complete downpours, to make it interesting. This place opens up right onto a rocky beach that one can walk g g or miles. That is what we wanted and that is what we got. The place itself had lots of space, a good, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. A large window/French doors opened up to the beach. We enjoyed the apartment, the surrounding beach and the many sights of Bretagne.

Hier passt einfach alles!

Nicht einmal ein Fußweg trennt den Garten vom Strand. Trotzdem sind Geschäfte und Restaurants bequen zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und der Blick ist unbezahlbar!

Vivre l'océan

La location est tournée vers la mer, au calme, tout en étant près de la ville du Guilvinec. On vit au rythme des pêcheurs, au rythme des marées mais aussi à celui de la plage. La maison et sa baie vitrée face à l'océan offre chaque jour un spectacle qui rythme les vacances. Nous remercions Isabelle pour son accueil et ses suggestions et conseils qui nous ont été très utiles.

Alles wunderbar.Der faszinierende Blick aufs Meer, von Innen und Außen, die gut und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung und die umliegenden kilometerlangen Strände sowie der naheliegende lebendige Hafen in Guilvinec machen es einem einfach, schnell in die Bretagne einzutauchen und schwer,wieder von ihr loszulassen .

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung absolut. Die Lage ist einmalig, der Wohnbereich traumhaft schön mit großer Terrassentüre und vollem Blick aufs Meer. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!!

Super Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in sehr schöner Umgebung. Netter Kontakt mit sehr netter Vermieterin. Das Haus sieht sogar in echt besser aus als auf den Fotos, und es ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Sogar ein Weber Kugelgrill ist da. Der Meerblick ist unschlagbar. Als Ausflugsziel das außergewöhnlich ist können wir Locronan sehr empfehlen. Ein toller Sandstrand ist auf der Ile Tudy ,nicht weit mit dem Auto. Ein toller Urlaub.

Maison propre, moderne avec vue sur la mer. Les photos sont conformes et rien ne manque. Le confort est présent dans toutes les pièces. Le quartier est calme et les promenades pédestres nombreuses.Vous pouvez y aller en toute tranquillité d'autant que la propriétaire est très sympathique et prend le temps d'expliquer le fonctionnement de tous les appareils à l'arrivée. Beaucoup de lieux à découvrir ou à revoir car la maison est proche de nombreux centres d'interêts. F et B d'Orléans.
