Bournecoast are delighted to offer ROBIN, a lovely apartment which encompasses the entire ground floor of a converted house. The accommodation benefits from access directly on to the garden. The apartment is located in Tuckton and is just a short walk from Wick which is popular for its riverside walks and Tuckton village. The property offers all that is needed for a relaxing holiday in an idyllic location by the river and an easy walk away from the local sandy beaches. The first floor flat is also available for holiday lets with Bournecoast which is ideal for families who are looking to holiday together.
THE APARTMENT:
The property has two bedrooms, the Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed and the second bedroom has Twin Beds.
The lounge/diner has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and DVD. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The lounge/diner benefits from a door leading directly on to the garden.
The apartment has a separate kitchen which is equipped with an ELECTRIC INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE.
There is a family bathroom which has a bath with a shower facility. The property also has a separate toilet.
The property boasts a rear garden with a table and chairs for guests to use, which is ideal for alfresco dining. PLEASE NOTE - Guests from the upstairs apartment access their garden through the ground floor garden.
There is one off-road parking space on the driveway in front of the house, suitable for a small to medium-sized car.

The Riverside Restaurant is just a short walk from the property and is a lovely place to dine, offering an impressive outlook over the River Stour. Just past Tuckton High Street is the Wick River, with its many attractions, including crazy golf, a childrens play park, a tea room and a ferry that runs down to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay, you will find access to riverside walks, a park, a cafe, the Boathouse Restaurant, a bandstand, a childrens play area and an exciting water play park with a paddling pool. On the Quay, you can also take the opportunity to board the Vintage Ferry, which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). You can walk or drive from the property to Hengistbury Head, which is a great place for the whole family. The land train offers easy access to Mudeford Sandspit, where you can enjoy the views with a cup of tea and a slice of cake or something more substantial in one of the food stands. For those who enjoy a little adventure, you can also climb Warren Hill and be rewarded with spectacular views. Southbourne Beach is an easy walk or a short drive away, offering mile after mile of sandy coastline. The apartment is also within easy reach of Boscombe and Bournemouth beaches, as well as their town centres, where you will find a wide selection of high street stores, restaurants and bars.
