"MERRYTIME" on BHI open NOW for Summer 2026!!

Cozy cottage in the maritime forest (Merrytime Forest). Private community pool can only be used by Ibis Roost families and their guests (30 homes). Two nice golf carts included in your rental. Bald Head Island Club available as an option…simply arrange directly with the club (use of the pool, restaurants, & fitness center, along with a modest fee for tennis courts and amazing golf course for cart and green fee). Full sized Weber gas grill, beautifully decorated. Linens and towels, furnished (except beach towels). Five(5) bicycles available. Beach chairs, umbrella...too!

We hope you enjoy "Merrytime" and Bald Head Island as much as we have over the years as a family.

Why they chose this property

Our daughter was married on BHI at the Village Chapel in 2009 and we fell in love with the island. In 2014 we sold our beach home of 10 years (another NC beach) to buy @ BHI. Nothing like it...unique, relaxing, and peaceful. Nature at it's very best, with rides on the golf carts always a great adventure and pleasure.

What makes this property unique

Cozy, always squeaky clean, and a very open yet private experience. Family friendly.
