Modern country house with 3 bedrooms, sea and sunset views, just 3.5 km from the nearest beach and 4 km from the town of Sant Josep, supermarkets, and restaurants.

Sa Ganzaia is a splendid house with sea views, of modern style, located fully in the countryside and very close to everything: supermarket, beaches, and the town of Sant Josep. The nearest beaches are Cala Tarida, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, Cala Bassa, Cala Conta, Cala Carbo, Cala d’Hort.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, all with double beds. The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, which opens directly to the pool and terrace area, there is the living-dining room, a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the barbecue area. Upstairs are the bedrooms divided into two sections: one with an en-suite bathroom and terrace (the bathroom with glass walls has views of the countryside and the sea), and the other section with two bedrooms that share a bathroom and both have a terrace.

At the highest part of the house, there is a very spacious dining room from where you can enjoy the best views of the sea and the sunset. It has a covered garage with direct access to the interior of the house. The house is very beautiful, spacious, and comfortable; the exterior area and the pool area are very pleasant, it has privacy, measures 4X10m, and is surrounded by almond fields. The house is 19 km from Ibiza town, 4 km from the village of San José, 10 km from the airport, 3 km from the nearest beach; CALA TARIDA, 3.5 km from Cala Moli, and less than 8 minutes from other nearby beaches such as Cala Vadella, Cala D'hort, Cala Carbo, Cala Conta with splendid sunsets, and Cala Bassa.
