The apartment is on the first floor (which is accessed via three flights of stairs) of a detached house in a quiet and welcoming village where there is a marina where there are restaurant-pizzeria, tobacconist, bar-gelateria. Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment consisting of a kitchen with stove, fridge and crockery, a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea, a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and one with a single bed. Guests can also take advantage of the outdoor shower, parking and washing machine in common with the other inhabitants of the house.
The village is only 2 km from the most busy town of Pula. Cagliari (35 km) and the beautiful beaches of Pula (15 km), Chia (22 km) and Teulada (28 km) can easily be reached by car.

A beautiful apartment with stunning sea views. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly.

On arrival the apartment was immaculate and well organised. We were met by the property owners who were very welcoming and provided lots of additional information about the local area and it’s facilities. Waking up every morning to the stunning sea views is a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re considering coming to this area.

Une très belle vue

La maison est située dans un quartier très tranquille, avec un grand balcon et une vue splendide sur la mer. Elle est bien équipée et très agréable. Il y a une plage a 5mn à pied, et les plages de Chia sont à moins de 30mn. Manuella et Luciana sont vraiment charmantes, accueillantes et sont disponibles. Je vous conseille cette maison.

Ideal für Badeferien

Herzlicher Empfang. Saubere Wohnung mit allem was es braucht. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage sorgt für angenehmen Schlaf. Super schöne Strände (Chia oder cala verde) mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuss im Dorf in 10 Minuten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Tres bon emplacement pres de cagliari et de la costa verde avec plages magnifiques endroit tres calme et tres reposant. Terrasse ombragee toute la journee avec tres belle vue sur la mer. Appartement parfaitement propre et tres agreable a vivre.on s y sent tellement bien!! Klasse Wohnung, prima Lage, tolle Vermieterin

Wir haben eine sehr schöne, erholsame Woche in dem Appartement von Manuela verbracht, die eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin ist. Der Kontakt mit ihr vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war perfekt. Das Appartement verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und ist auch sonst darauf ausgelegt, von 6 Personen genutzt zu werden (Besteck,Teller, Stühle etc.). Die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt, um dort nicht nur Frühstück zu bereiten, sondern auch volle Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Das Appartement ist auf drei Seiten von einer durchgehenden Terrasse umgeben. Vor der Wohnküche gibt es eine kleine Sitzgruppe und einen Tisch mit Stühlen, wo man mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang sitzen und essen/trinken kann. Das Meer ist übrigens noch näher als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Auch auf der anderen Seite, vor einem der Schlafzimmer, gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Auf der dritten Seite gibt es unter anderem die Möglichkeit, Handtücher u.ä. vom Strand zu trocknen und andere Dinge zu lagern. Neben der Dusche im Bad befindet sich unten im Garten eine praktische Außendusche, zudem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die genutzt werden kann. Das Meer mit Zugängen über Stichstraßen bzw. kleine Badebuchten ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Große, schöne, weitläufige Sandstrände (Santa Margherita die Pula und insbesondere Chia) sind mit dem Auto in ca. 20 bzw. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der nächste größere Ort mit Möglichkeiten, einzukaufen sowie abends zu bummeln, zu shoppen oder Essen bzw. Trinken zu gehen (auf dem zentralen Platz gibt es regelmäßig am Abend ein kleines Musikprogramm), Pula, ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Manuela buchen, ihr Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Noch ein kleiner Hinweis: Je nach Navigationssystem kann es sein, dass bei der Adresse im Straßennamen das "g" durch "cc" ersetzt werden muss. Dann findet auch Apple Maps dieses schöne Ziel.
