Experience morning ocean sunrises and evening sunsets. The open floor plan and large decks are perfect for entertaining family and friends. The house accommodates 8 people with amenities and Wifi included. The first floor has a 30x29 living room with two sitting areas, comfy furniture, two sliders and windows that face the ocean, a flat screen TV, dining area with a large table, a kitchen with plenty of cabinets, pantry, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer & drier, and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath room. The second floor has three bedrooms that each sleep two, and a full bath. Central Air Conditioning . Just step off the deck and you are on lovely Humarock Beach! There is a convenient outdoor shower off the deck. Located within walking distance to restaurants, a convenience store, liquor store, donut shop, Humarock Marina, hair salon, basketball courts and gift boutique. This wonderful ocean front beach home comes complete to make your vacation a memorable experience. Perfect for summer weekly rentals or seasonal rentals.
