Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 85 m2, located in a building with an elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30€ / day).

Our apartments for a long stay in Barcelona are located in the best areas of the city, very close to the best clinics and universities, among them:

Clinics and hospitals: Clínica Barraquer, Clínica Planas, Centro Médico Teknon, Clínica Dexeus, Hospital Quirón, Clínica Sagrada Familia, Hospital Vall d'Hebrón, Clínica IMO and Hospital San Pablo.

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

fantastic place it’s a shame all the prices go up so much for the MWC period it is not always the cheaper option .The myspace team were fantastic as always and we had a great time , the apartment was large and roomy and had some great bars restaurants and stores locally as well as a near by tube station .Looking forward to next year .

Great for a small family

The distance to public transportation was incredible. The only issue we experienced is the neighbors who actually own in the building do not like Americans. They were very vocal about not appreciating Americans coming and driving the prices of the property up. I wasnt sure how that was possible considering the Euro is more than the Dollar. Other than that our stay was pleasant

Great Location

This was a decent place in a nice central location. There were some noise issues - the walls were very thin so we heard our neighbors a lot. A leak under the sink did not get fixed; no response from property manager. The downstairs bedroom was very cramped and stuffy. And kitchen was underequipped. No dishwasher soap, very limited silverware and cookware, which was surprising for a place this size. Overall, a fine place for a couple of days of sightseeing.

We liked everything. The apartment is new, spotless, the kitchen is very nice and the appliances are top of the line. There is a coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Stove and all kinds of utensils to be able to cook. And also to eat, of course. One of the things we liked the most was the kindness at the reception and the previous days of the stay. In the end instead of being two adults we were 3 and only with a supplement in the apartment we could stay in it. We were also able to leave the suitcases once we left the apartment in the offices. We will be back

The checkin process was extremely complicated. Just paying for the rental took 3 extra steps. It was very unsettling. Upon arrival, I was still unsure if I had even secured the rental. I did not receive the address until the day we arrived. And still we did not know when we’d be able to access the apartment until hours later. Once we gained access to the apartment it was vaguely like the pictures. None of the bedding or extra pillows or throws(blankets) on the couch where remotely like the ones depicted in the pictures. The rooms were much smaller than expected. The bed in the primary suite was insufferably hard. The bedroom downstairs ceiling was so low an average sized person could not stand up inside the room. Also that room had no circulation. It was not connected to the air conditioning. The apartment was sparsely furnished with routine household items. Very few plates, cups, glasses, etc. There were only enough towels for a few days. They had to be washed mid stay. There was not enough toilet paper. We had to purchase our own. Also the coffee maker (Nespresso) was not working. Having said all of this that, the location was good. It was an easy walk to train station and a lot of attractions. I walked daily to a local grocery store where we brought fresh fruits and freshly made croissants. This made the stay most enjoyable.

This was a last minute booking after me and my group were let down with another booking. What a great choice. The apartment is clean and modern with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. A little further out than we would have liked in the Gracia district but in comfortable walking distance to Parc Güell and 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. From there on the L3 line you are 2 stops from Diagonal, 3 stops from Passeig de Gracia and 4 stops from Plaça Catalunya, so really not far out at all. The management of the stay were excellent, communicated clearly and were very helpful in resolving any minor issues we had ( which were minor only). The area is a quiet local area with a good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. (There’s a really nice bakery too on Ronda de General Mitre). If you are looking to stay in the middle of the hustle and bustle, this may not be the place for you but if you want somewhere to relax at the end of a big day sightse

Op korte loopafstand van een metrostation een prima appartement. Wel gek dat voor een 7 persoons appartement het ingedeeld is voor 5 personen (5 stoelen, 5 kopjes, 5 borden). Er zijn 8 slaapplaatsen, vier slaapkamers (1 slaapkamer is een beetje gek; ergens onder) maar ach, je ligt er met je ogen dicht. We hebben er een heerlijke tijd gehad. Twee badkamers (boven) met douches en wc's. Iedereen 1 handdoek (voor 4 dagen), maar er is een wasmachine en droger, dus even wasmiddel kopen en wassen dan. We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Alles is in de buurt; supermarkt en bakker. Prima plek! We zijn uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen. Het was schoon!
