House in stones and old materials, completely renovated, isolated, very pleasant to live in, comprising 250 m2 of living space on 3600 m2 of land, at the top of a small promontory not overlooked, the house offers an exceptional view of the Pyrenees range Catalan.

Built on 3 levels our house includes:
- an entrance with a ski rack and storage for shoes and snow clothes
- an equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Senseo espresso machine, all household appliances, fridge-freezer and kitchen equipment)
- a toilet
- a garage serving as a wood reserve
- a large living / dining room, with an exceptional fireplace of more than 2 meters opening with an insert stove which alone would be enough to heat the house which also has central heating.
- 1st floor with 4 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet
- 2nd floor with a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom, a room with 3 children's beds (170 cm long) and a games room with table tennis and television corner with DVD player, library for adults and children.

There are two stairs not suitable for small children.

Duvet covers, sheets at a rate of 10 euros per bed.
Towels (a bath towel and a towel) at the rate of 5 euros per person.

Tablecloths, tea towels, bath mat, duvets and pillows provided.
Reserve wood for the insert available.
A deposit check will be required at the time of delivery of the keys and the inventory.
