Prestigious private villa of new construction, exclusive throughout the district, consisting of two independent apartments on two floors, finely furnished, with adjacent parking area.
There is a minimum stay of one week, beginning and ending on Saturday.
1st floor apartment: double room, more double room with possibility of extra bed, both with sea view balcony; bathroom with shower covered in Ostuni stone; large kitchen / living room with sea view terrace and gas barbecue, equipped with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, TV and large panoramic window overlooking the sea and the Aeolian Islands, from which to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine with washing machine in an outdoor area.
In one of the two rooms it is possible, on request, and with an extra charge (10 euros per night), to use an extra bed.
The garden and its equipped areas are shared with the tenants on the ground floor. The town of San Nicolò di Ricadi, with all necessary services (supermarkets, bars, banks, post office, various shops) is about 500 meters away.
The various beaches of the Capo Vaticano area are located at a distance of 1 to 3 km respectively and can be reached within a few minutes by car.
On request, possibility of agreement with private and equipped beach. Tropea, the pearl of the southern Tyrrhenian Sea, with its clubs, museums and artisan shops, is a 10-minute drive away.
For an easier comfort in travel it is preferable to be self-sufficient.
