Traditional furniture and a classic Venetian style, the apartment offers bedroom with twin beds or double bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub, living room with kitchenette.
Wonderful canal view. The marble floors and the original wooden furniture give the rooms an antique charm.
The kitchenette includes a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, moka for coffee and cooking utensils. All apartments are equipped with an LCD TV and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, as well as complimentary toiletries. Owners' production wine selection available with fee.

Palazzetto San Lio is owned by an old Venetian family and it is precisely its members who, for generations, are committed to keeping alive the traditional splendor of the palace and its Venetian style. The careful restoration of the building’s exterior in 2017 has given new life to the external facades, while maintaining the original architectural features.
Its enchanting scenery is appreciated precisely because it offers the visitor an environment rich in style but also attentive to daily needs: it is located in one of the most central areas of the city.
The current owners have chosen to preserve the original furnishings, but at the same time to pay attention to the envoronment through recycling and waste reduction efforts and the use of eco-friendly cleaning products.
