Milos Bay Villas- Luxury Beachfront Traditional Stone Villa with Private Pool

This classic stone built villa that sleeps 4, offers total privacy, luxury & relaxation on one of the most secret & beautiful beaches of Greece. Just fifteen minutes drive from Lefkas town & two minutes from the pretty seaside village of Agios Nikitas, you can bathe in the 1 km long secluded beach of Milos. The views from the villas over the crystal blue waters are second to none and the sunsets are absolutely breathtaking. Stone steps with handrails lead directly from the villas down to the beach.

Changeovers on Sunday or Saturday (in principal). If bookings allow it can be flexible.

Flights to our local airport Preveza are available from many European countries including UK, Holland, Germany, , Austria, Switzerland and more. From Preveza airport you can either take a bus, taxi or rent a car to Lefkada.

ATHENS TO LEFKADA by car is approximately 385 kilometers.
You can reach Lefkada by car, via the bridge that connects Lefkada with the mainland.
By BUS- there are frequent KTEL bus routes to Lefkada from Athens, Thessalonica, Patras, and other major Greek cities. From Athens, bus service is daily and travel time is 5/6 hours. From Thessalonica, bus service is 2 times per week and travel time is 5 hours.
There are daily flights from Athens International Airport and Corfu Airport, to Aktio Preveza Airport.
We are happy to prearrange a taxi transfer for you from Preveza to the villas and help with any travel advice.

Booking: 30% deposit (non -refundable). Final payment 6 weeks before arrival.

It is possible our reply may come a few hours after your request as we are based in Greece.
Confirmation will be sent on receipt of deposit.

All services, air-conditioning, towels, linen, electricity, water, final cleaning are included in the price. No extra or hidden costs.
Our concierge can meet you at Lefkas town or at Agios Nikitas village and escort you to the villa. They will also help you with your luggage. Luggage storage is not a problem.

Villas are available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Guests are requested to vacate the villas no later than 11am on the day of departure. Will try to be as flexible as possible .This will depend on each individual case and other bookings. If we are forwarded travel arrangements beforehand we will try to accommodate guests with difficult flight times.

Our favourite spot on Lefkada

During our two-week stay on Lefkada we saw many beautiful places—from the famous beaches of Porto Katsiki and Egremni, to the Dimosari waterfall and the small islands around Nidri. But every time we came back to the house, we knew: this is the most beautiful place. From the breathtaking view of the picturesque Milos beach (even better than the photos) to the natural stone construction not only of the house but of the entire property, which blends beautifully into the landscape, everything just fits here. A big thank you to Eva and Tasos for their hospitality.

Nettes Ferienhaus, Beschreibung leider unvollständig

Das Haus sollte über zwei Schlafzimmer verfügen, es war leider nur ein Schlafzimmer und eine offene Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer und direkt offen darüber zwei weitere Schlafgelegenheiten. Dies war sehr schade, denn so waren die oben schlafenden immer sofort wach, und diese hatten auch keine Privatsphäre. Was leider nicht aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht sind die über 100 Stufen hinab oder hinauf zum Auto. Da meine Frau Hüftprobleme hat war dies jedes Mal eine Herausforderung. Der Blick von der Villa ist top! Noch ein kleiner Wermutstropfen - die zum Vermieter gehörenden Liegen am Strand kosten trotz des stolzen Hausmietpreises nochmal 35 € am Tag.

Fabulous view from the villa, couldn't have wished for better! Steep walk down to the Villa from the complex car park, which you get used to and need Jimmy's (who looks after the villas) help to get luggage down and back up. A few steps down to a glorious beach and great way to start the day with a swim in the sea as the sun comes up! Agios Nikitas is about a 20 minute walk and has a really good selection of Taverna's and a couple of nice bars to do some people watching from! Great base to explore the western coast of Lefkada, lots to do and see. We have stayed in Lefkada many times but never on the Western side of the Island - I think we would probably stay on West having now spent a week there.

Tolles Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Diese Anlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein Traumstrand, der einem in der Nebensaison fast alleine gehört ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Die Anlage und der Pool sind top gepflegt, der Vermieter mitsamt seiner Crew zuvorkommend und auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bedacht. Eine klare Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle vue, villa très bien situer plein de restaurant à proximiter. Propreté laisse à désirer moisi derrière la baignoire, tétine des vacanciers précédent sous le lit, vaisselle salle, agent d entretien extérieur s'assoie sur les transats le temps d'arroser le gazon . Le mobilier transats bancal, baignoir a bulle qui ne fonctionne pas, peinture de la piscine qui s'en va, besoin d un petit rafraîchissement, sac poubelle sous la terasse . La villa est bien mais ça ne vaut pas le prix.

Simply amazing!

We stayed in one of the traditional stone villas and the photos don’t do this place justice. The view is incredible! Not only that but the pool is huge, clean (Jimmy comes round every day to each villa to clean it) and the villa itself has everything you’d want. Simone is an absolute star, always on hand if you have a question or need something. Arranged taxis to and from the airport, dropped off some more water and so forth. Really helped make our holiday special. Overall there’s not really anything we could find fault with even if we were being picky. Stunning views, a super well equipped villa and lovely people helping make your stay an amazing one. Loved it so much that we’re already making plans to go back next year! You certainly leave Milos feeling completely satisfied and relaxed. Me and Julie stayed in the 4 person stone villa. It was perfect for us. Lovely and clean. fully equipped and great pool. The access to the beach was great. Although it was October the sea was still warm. temperatures were just lovely. highly recommended from us. we cant come back in 2019 but have already booked our dates for 2020 and are counting down eagerly. What a glorious place. This traditional villa is devine. A perfect couples retreat. private pool. i was surprised how big it was! steps directly down to the beach. which arent as bad as you think! and the beach is just perfect. it was so nice to swim in the sea at sunset and then stroll back up to the villa. and have a glass of wine and a bbq. a yes from me and Steve. Ideal for my family, perfectly Maintained paradise

This traditional 4 person villa was ideal for our family of 3. Master bedroom and twin beds on a spacious mezzanine level. Bathroom. washing machine. Dishwasher. Mid week clean was provided. The pool was maintained by Jimmy everyday and Simone Popped around to see us throughout out our stay with useful tips and ideas of where to visit on the island even though you never want to leave. You can find what you need in Agios Nikitas which is 2 minutes in the car. it was also nice to venture to Lefkada town. Milos Beach is breathtaking. The perfect place to enjoy the sunset. There are a few steps down. Be prepared to comeback up. But there is no hurry to go anywhere in paradise.

Drop Dead Gorgeous and Perfect in everyway

When it comes to facilitates and services, couldn't ask for more. and the views were drop dead gorgeous. The location is just a stones throw away from Agios Nikitas village. you can get everything you need there. and find some lovely places to eat. The beach is at the bottom of the steps and is absolutely mesmerizing. to be there at sunset is like being in another world. Beautiful villa

We stay to the small villa stone, traditional villa. For us this is the most beautiful villa to stay. It is perfect for two adults with two kids or four adults. The villa and her private pool are very clean. The stone villa is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. To the beach you have walk down a lot of steps but it worth it. The Milos Beach is very beautiful and the water extremely clean and different shades of blue. The view from the villa is spectacular. The staff are helpful and very friendly. I' ve been here four years in a row. Every time I felt awesome. Such a beautiful place no words to describe. Thanks to Mr. tasos and he's staff.

Treppen steigen mit Belohnung

Im Urlaub kann man sich sehr oft über die Unterbringung streiten. Worüber man aber gar nicht streiten kann bzw. muss, ist die herrliche Aussicht die hier einem angeboten wird. Wir verbringen schon seit Jahren unsere Urlaube in Ferienhäusern. Die Lage und der Strand sind sicherlich das beste was wir in Europa je gesehen haben. Die Ausstattung in der kleinen Stone Villa hat Ihren Sinn und Zweck erfüllt. Es ist kein WOW Effekt. Dazu müsste man sicherlich die Modern Style Villa buchen. Aber wie gesagt, die Aussicht entschädigt für alle Strapazen. Insbesondere für die vielen Treppen die man hinuntersteigen muss um an den herrlichen Strand heranzukommen.
