This home is a great property for large groups and a real bargain. Our group of older ladies has been here for four years now and we’re coming back again next year. It is absolutely perfect to host a large group. Plenty of bedrooms. Lots of dining areas and gathering spaces. We really enjoyed the pool and the view of the lake. Very private and quiet property as well. Highly recommend.

The property was amazing! The house was perfect for our large group and comfortably accommodated everyone. We had a great time, and the communication and instructions were excellent from start to finish. Everything was easy and well organized. We would definitely stay here again!

We are repeat visitors as this is absolutely the best house on Lake Palestine. An annual event gathers our blended families for a wonderful vacation. Clean and comfortable. Big enough for our entire group.

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! The house and rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The lake views were incredible and made the whole stay even more special. We had an amazing time and are already talking about coming back!

A group of 16 of us from Kansas stayed here for a week. It was a great house to stay with a large group. Plenty of areas to get together, or get some time to yourself. The boathouse and pool were wonderful additions. The house was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. The host was great with communication and the property manager handled check in and check out splendidly. It's a wonderful location for a relaxing week in East Texas.

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! Too often, we’ve discovered that the property doesn’t measure up to the photos, but photos of Pelican Point Lake Estate in Frankston can’t fully describe the beautiful, serene atmosphere that awaits you. From the moment you drive through the gated entrance, you’ll see a property that is beautifully landscaped, and well maintained. Entering the home, you will encounter luxurious, family friendly furnishings, and breathtaking views of Lake Palestine, from almost any room in the house. The host and property manager were readily available, and eager to ensure we had a great stay. This was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary, along with a family reunion, and we were not disappointed. Pelican Point will long live in our hearts as a place of beauty, fun times, and precious memories with family and friends! Can’t wait to come back!TC, Karen and Family

We absolutely loved everything about this house. We always rent a house with my husbands side of the family for new years for 20 of us. This was the best house we’ve stayed in. The kids had an absolute blast fishing, hot tubbing and playing football in the field. We made really great memories and hope to be back:

We are frequent visitors. This is our third stay at Pelican Point. The house is magnificent, the location is calming, the views are wonderful. The home is well stocked in the kitchen. Pool, hot tub and grill are all functional and well maintained.
