Pelican Point Lake Estate sits at the top of the list of private get-away properties in Texas. The house is 7,600 sq. feet with 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 half baths and will sleep 20 people comfortably (*2 additional people @ $50/per night each is allowed, for a maximum of 22) . The furnishings, decor, bed, linens, etc., are designed to provide a luxury experience while yet not being too formal to relax and enjoy. There is a gourmet kitchen that is exceptional, a game room with an English Pub bar, a pool table, a poker table and a big screen TV. The outside covered patio has an outstanding grill and dining area, complemented with a gorgeous salt water pool and hot tub.

For water activities, we have 2 boat houses with lifts. Our first boat house has an exceptionally large seating area and is well furnished, including a kitchen area with a refrigerator. Our renters also have exclusive access to our second boathouse located on our nearby second lakefront property, a pretty, 3/4 acre, landscaped park recently planted with peach trees and pecan trees. Built with a modern design, the boathouse has ten foot ceilings to accommodate pro ski boats with towers and central drive propellers that require cradle lifts; it also has a super-sized jet ski lift. Nicely furnished with a refrigerator, it is ideal for happy hour and/or staging your water events.

If desired, you can bring your own ski boats and bass boats. Between our two boat houses we have the capacity to house 4 boats and 4 jet skis, allowing you to have your own floating armada with fingertip access to water sports!

For those less active, take a stroll through Pelican Point Lake Estate's tree covered gardens of azelea, dogwood and magnolia while watching the birds and other wildlife (pelicans, Canadian geese, heron, egrets, bald eagles and owls are just a few of the many birds that can be found on the property). Located on the open water with no nearby development, the grounds are open ranch land that provides a gorgeous backdrop for the plentiful wildlife.
