Relax and unwind in our beautiful home, with breathtaking views overlooking the Caribbean and Buck Island. Newly renovated inside and out with stylish and comfortable furnishings and all new appliances! Enjoy our three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath refuge.
High volume ceiling fans cool you on those days when the Trade Winds don`t, plus the large master bedroom and adjoining bathroom have a ductless quiet and efficient air conditioner.
Wake up to the glorious sunrise over Buck Island and the Caribbean.

Three bedrooms with all new linens and mattresses. The master bedroom is en suite, with walk-in closet, A/C, 46” TV and queen-size bed.
Two additional bedrooms include queen-size bed in one and twin beds (converting to a king-size bed) in the other.

Excellent fully equipped cook’s kitchen with lots of counter space, including an island with a breakfast bar and West Indies style mahogany cabinets. Enjoy your meals or cocktails on our the portico covered deck overlooking the shimmering Caribbean, listening to the sound of tropical birds and the waves hitting the shore.

There is a 55” TV in the living room with an augmented sound system, and well appointed indoor dining area.

You will have full access to the main house and outdoor space, including sole access to pool, deck and outdoor dining area.

There is a separate apartment in the basement, with a separate, private entrance that is also available for rental. This is a large 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment, with full kitchen, bath and laundry. The 25-foot long lounging deck boasts the same spectacular view. This apartment can accommodate 4 extra guests. Rental of apartment is separate.

Relax and unwind in our beautiful home, overlooking the jewel of the Virgin Islands, Buck Island. See and hear the waves crashing below. Located in the exclusive and secure gated community of Judith`s Fancy, it is just minutes from downtown Christiansted, the center of shopping, fine dining and historic buildings. Judith`s Fancy has over 300 acres along the shoreline and borders a rare bioluminescent bay. It is accessible only through 24-hour guarded gate. Judith`s Fancy is recognized as one of the safest neighborhoods in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Car rental is suggested. There is a grocery store and pharmacy minutes away.

Plenty of parking on our 200-foot long driveway. Gas, electric, satellite TV and internet are included. Small dog may be allowed with owner’s discretion.
Please don`t smoke inside our home. Be respectful of our neighbors. Nothing else other than toilet paper should be discarded in the toilet bowl/ bowls.

We had a great time celebrating our Anniversary at Si Querida. Dan was attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had about the property. Our family had a great time hanging out by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view which is amazing. We had anything we possibly needed and having the beach chairs to take with us when we would head out was nice. Thank you Dan and Fran for sharing your home with us we really enjoyed our time.

The stay was excellent.The views were spectacular, better than the pictures in the VRBO website, and the location was excellent, with several restaurants, grocery stores and beaches closed by. The community was gated which was certainly a plus especially for my children. Pool was nice, clean and water was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were well decorated and very nice. Enough towels were available, including beach towels. Only negative perhaps, was the internet, not sure why we were not able to connect but we really did not need it since we were still able to have internet via our personal devices. Owners were very responsive and helpful with providing answers to any questions we had. The island is beautiful and I am pretty sure we will be coming back.

Family Visit

As a native returning home for a friends & family visit, I was absolutely satisfied with this accommodation. It felt like home in more ways than one. Everything was as described and my expectations were far exceeded. The host was attentive and communicated well. ok not sure where to start first time in St Croix first off the house was much nicer then described the owners Dan and Fran have done so much nice extras to make our stay enjoyable stayed for 8 nights and would have loved to stay longer pool area was amazing to sit and relax I would be more then happy to stay here again thank you

St Croix heavenly hideaway

The property was 5 star and dealing with the hosts Dan and Fran was a joy. Made us feel like family not just renters. The view is spectacular the master bed was waay to comfortable and the kitchen a dream to cook and serve for a family of 5. But vacation means being outside and we couldn't have asked for better. Private pool right outside the door. Lots of comfortable seating and an experience to wake up to coffee on the deck. Thank you Dan and Fran hope to be back again.

Vacation Paradise

Dan and Frans home was perfect for my family of 4. Young adult children are not easily entertained and the home and Island in general kept us busy. It was so nice coming home to a beautiful house in the hills of Judiths Fancy. The pool was so refreshing after a day in town or at the beach. The house was so well stocked, especially the kitchen. We highly recommend their house and would definitely consider coming back to the same house. This was our first time to St Croix and to have a home base that was so comfortable was a real joy. Thanks again guys.

Bliss and love

My fiancé Mo and I celebrated are engagement at Si Querida. The setting was perfect - the incredible view of Buck Island and landscapes of the island, the pool and deck were all cornerstone to making the scenery feel magical. A wave of peace overcomes you pulling up into Si Querída.We are eternally grateful to Dan and Fran for allowing us to use their home. They’re very communicative and go beyond the extra mile to have their guests comfortable. The house is clean and stocked with many amenities. You feel like you’re in your own home. Dan sent out Property Manager Mario to give me a preview of the home so I can get an idea for the engagement set-up. Would def stay again!!! The home is also conveniently located on island which is super important!

10 day stay in Judith’s Fancy

House was fully stocked with everything you could need and the view was beautiful! Both the indoor and outdoor areas were nice to enjoy. The owner was quick to resolve the WiFi issues. However, we could not enjoy the pool for part of the stay because it was not maintained. Both property manager and owner were unresponsive with this issue.

Home-away from home

The property was comfortable with breathtaking views. The house was perfect for our trip with our friends. We had plenty of space, the pool was perfect for the hot days and evenings after our adventures, the trade winds really made it feel cooler than it was. There was a power blip right before we arrived that fried the ac unit but Dan and Fran were wonderful in communicating to us and their property manager Mario was able to bring a portable unit in for the really humid days. They treated us like family and were absolutely wonderful. The house will hold amazing memories for us and our friends and we can't wait to return. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and making such wonderful memories.

Beautiful Location

The view is spectacular and if you are looking for plenty of room for a family and peace and quiet this is the perfect location. Host was very attentive to any questions that we had about the property. Loved having the pool right outside our doorstep to cool off after hot days in the sun. The tradewinds were really nice at the beginning of our stay, but towards the later part of the week we definitely noticed that the weather pattern was shifting on the island to the normal heat of the summer. Would definitely have preferred AC in all the bedrooms but we made the best of that situation and fortunately the large fans the home has helped tremendously. Location was great and we could go from side of the island to the other in about 40 minutes depending on traffic. Loved our stay in St. Croix. I would love to visit again during slightly cooler weather.

All of Your Vacation Dreams Come True

Dan and Fran should be leaders in the world of Vacation Rentals. No review I give would do them or their home justice. They have streamlined the hosting process so well that we felt like family immediately. The home is absolutely gorgeous. The sunrises and sunsets were my absolute favorite things to enjoy on their wonderful deck. The views, the breeze, and the pool were all amazing. The guest books in the home were informative and hysterically cheeky (Dan & Fran’s sense of humor are the stars of the book). This home will always be know as our transition home from the mainland as we became Cruzans while vacationing in Dan and Fran’s home. The lease has been signed on our rental property as we search for our forever home! Excellent job Dan & Fran!💞 Thanks so much! We’re neighbors and I can’t wait to see you around the island. Great house/location

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, well equipped house with a pool! The house is spacious and has a huge deck with an amazing view! There wasn’t one thing we needed staying here, it had everything!

Beautiful Home with a view

Wonderful home sitting up on a hill with a spectacular view! So nice to have all the little things taken care of. Huge master bedroom is so nice and really enjoyed the AC unit in this space. The other two bedroom are good size and have lots of space also. Private pool with plenty of chairs to relax in after a day on the beach. Great central location on the island so not to far from anything. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect central location !

Beautiful ocean view

This home was absolutely lovely. The rooms were a good size and the master bedroom was huge! The kitchen had great counter space and the pantry was very well stocked with things we didn't even know we needed. The best part of this home was all the outdoor living space. We spent so much time out on the deck, enjoying the breeze and the beautiful ocean view, and ate many dinners outside. And let's not forget about the fabulous pool! This home was perfect for our family getaway and we would 100% stay here again if available.

Tropical paradise

We have been to St. Croix twice before but this was our first time staying in Fran and Dan's beautiful home. When we pulled up to the house, the views took our breath away. The location is just about mid island so it's an easy ride everywhere we wanted to go....just about 20 minutes to all of our destinations. During our stay, Dan checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and boy did we. We didn't do much cooking at home because we wanted to enjoy the islands delicious restaurants but when we did, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The whole house was very comfortable as well, including the beds and all of the seating. We traveled with our parents and kids and everyone was comfortable including my father who has some mobility issues. No steps into or out of the home or shower etc which Dan shared with us ahead of time which made my father's trip that much more enjoyable. The pool and covered veranda, on the back deck, were our favorite evening spots to enjoy the wonderful breezes and to jump into the pool to cool off after a hot day. While on island, we loved our fishing excursion with captain Ryan from Lioness Fishing, the beach at Buccanear, crab races at Brew STX and caribbean night at the Deep End. The staff and food at the Landing at Cane Bay as well as bingo at Off the Wall made our trip complete. When we return to St. Croix, which we are already planning, we will be reaching out to Fran and Dan again!

Welcoming Home

This was probably our 5th or 6th time staying at this home. The house is beautiful and welcoming. The large patio doors to the deck allow cool winds to blow through the house thus adding to the experience. The familiarity of the home enhances the experience. The house is conveniently located near everything on the island including some of the best beaches anywhere.

Fabulous Property with Fabulous View

Our stay in Si Querida was great. The weather started off stormy, but as usual, St. Croix does not disappoint. Within a few days the storms cleared, and we were able to enjoy the island. Si Querida did not disappoint either; the view of Judith's Fancy was fabulous and made our morning coffee and sunrise the perfect way to start the day. I enjoyed reading the various books in the house and relaxing in the afternoon on the deck. Everything you need at the house...and in life...can be found here!

We can’t wait to come back!!!

Our family cannot sing enough praises over this incredible home, but you have to also know how ideally located it is! Judith’s Fancy is THE place to be and this neighborhood is close to Christiansted and centrally located on the island of St. Croix. Our family (kids 15, 13, 12) is big on exploring and experiencing everything we can find on vacation- this trip included Buck Island, scuba diving Cane Bay, hiking out at point Udall, snorkeling and hanging out with turtles at the Fsted pier etc etc, but we all agree, hands-down, our favorite part of this vacation was this incredible home! There isn’t one thing we would change about it! In fact, we are hoping to return next year and bring my parents along. One specific feature I want to highlight is this pool. The way the house is situated the sun rises in front of the deck (what a glorious wake up call!), and by about 1:30PM the sun is moving behind the hill to the back of the house and so the pool begins to have shade starting with the back deck and then as the afternoon progresses the pool itself is in shade. What a relaxing way to spend an afternoon chilling in this pool and oh the view! Note that Fran and Dan have thought of everything- fans in every room to add to the breeze- though the open windows draw a breeze through the home marvelously, plenty of pool/beach towels, we even discovered boogie boards we used down the street at Judith’s Fancy beach. This was the only spot on the island that had waves and so we made friends with the neighborhood surfers in the ams and pms when surf was best. I spent a lot of my early morning hours exploring this neighborhood and it is so thoughtfully laid out! Everybody has plenty of space but there aren’t fences anywhere and so it feels like a rolling hill, cozy neighborhood. Right on the other side of the street from this house you can walk down the street called Bacuba and watch the most amazing sunset! Then continue your walk down the road admiring Salt River Bay (and imagining all the pirate ships that took cover there during hurricanes! St. Croix has such a rich history of piracy!!) and eventually wind down to Caribe street - beach access- where you can step through to the beach and watch the finishing touches of light play on the clouds. Oh man, when can we go back? Our family loves exploring this beautiful world and I have to say this has been our favorite Vrbo yet!

We came to this island in 2023 to visit friends. We immediately fell in love with the Island, the people, the activities, dining and especially this community. The very next year we came again with the express reason to purchase a part of this, America's Paradise.

Why they chose this property

Walking up the hill from the beach we were diverted into a driveway that sported the most wonderful view of the Caribbean and the enchanting Buck Island. Entering the house, we immediately realized that this fantastic place MUST be ours. We purchased it and set about to make it our own, sparing little expense to create a little slice of heaven in the tropics.

What makes this property unique

We are in a community on a peninsula surrounded by acres of shoreline, scenic hills, miles of lightly travelled private roads for hiking, and an entrance security gate with a 24/7 guard for your security. Once you lounge on our deck, listening to the waves caress the beach, you'll know paradise, as we do.
