This typical Dalmatian Villa is only 20 meters away from one of the most famous Adriatic beaches - the beach of Zlatni rat. This luxurious residence has an authentic position and provides a real experience of the Mediterranean uniqueness. The Villa is fully tiled and decorated with the Dalmatian stone, pine trees, vines and other vegetation typical for this region. The luxury Villa Golden beach can accommodate up to 8people in 4bedrooms and 3bathrooms. Inside the Villa Golden beach, there is a living room with SAT-TV, DVD and the dining room which are connected with a beautiful, sea-oriented sundeck.During your stay in the Villa you have 2 bicycles available, free of charge and you have a possibility to order the catering.
The sundeck offers a large swimming pool with amazing waterfall and is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs. This magnificent space invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine at sunset while experiencing the summer joys. The organic homegrown fruits of exceptional quality can be found inside the garden.
Luxury Villa Golden beach is air-conditioned and fully equipped with satellite TV, DVD movies and music, oven, stove, hood, cooker, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, blender, juice maker, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, garden furniture, yard chairs, baby cot and all other technical equipment for your pleasant stay. In front of the Villa, there is a private parking space.

A fabulous place to stay!

I would highly recommend this holiday home. It has lovely rooms and an attractive pool. Its location is perfect, close to beaches. We also found several good restaurants nearby. Two bicycles were a great addition! We hire a car and explored the stunning Brac island!

Perfekt

Perfekte Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Insel Brac ist sehr schön, und das Strand Zlatni Rat ist Perfekt. Die Villa ist sehr nah am Strand und ist sehr Privat, der Pool ist wunderbar aber nicht besser als das Meer.

Stunning location, charming holiday home

Outstanding!

First of all, I need to tell you that this holiday home was better than in photos. We had everything we wanted to have plus we were surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Everything is very stylish and the ambiance is relaxing. We were 2 couples in our best 50ies and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stunning villa for a small family vacation

The house was spotless on arrival., beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you would need. From kitchen utensils, bathroom and laundry products, two gas and coal barbecue. It was more than enough space for 4 of us, my husband and I, and our 14-year old twins. We enjoyed spending family time by the pool and preparing our own meals. All bedrooms were air-conditioned and our host was all the time available via Whatsapp.

Excellent villa and service

We completely loved this villa. The spacious home is set amongst vineyards and olive trees. We loved the pool, despite it being a little chilly, and spent a lot of time at the beach Zlatni Rat. The back patio was perfect for lounging in the shade and for BBQing. The bikes were handy for getting to town, but we also walked in the evenings for dinner. The host is very accommodating and a good communicator. We appreciated all of the stocked towels, too. Highly recommend this villa!

Charming holiday home near the beach

Top location. The beach nearby - Zlatni rat is trully a gem. The shape is unique and very interesting. The house is only meters away. You will have privacy for sure. The stone house has a very modern arangement inside. Interesting, lovely, would come back.

Perfect for family holiday

My family and I spent a wonderful time here. Small 2-bedroom house with plenty of outside space, sun loungers, and the pool. Close to the big beach and about 20 minutes walk along the coast side to the center.

Great for couples or families

This is a beautiful and lovely holiday home, located in a prime location, close to the amazing beach, with several fantastic restaurants nearby, grocery stores, and a bit away from all the hustle and bustle, what we fancied. The house is comfortably furnished, with high-quality bedding. Overall 5/5

Small paradise..

Everything here was so wonderful, from arrival till the last minute of our stay. Location is unbeatable, close to the famous Zlatni Rat beach. The house and the pool area are surrounded by greenery, vines and olive trees, offering total privacy. We would love to return and happy to recommend this place to our friends and all the others who are in consideration of booking it!

Lovely holiday villa

We absolutely loved this villa and a very peaceful location. The house is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. We loved the pool, despite it being a little chilly, and spent a lot of time at beach. The bikes were handy for getting to town, but we also walked in the evenings for dinner. Bol is a lovely place and we liked it was not overcrowded.

Amazing house with a perfect location. The beach only steps away from the Villa. Not many people around the house so it also has privacy. We will definitely come back
