Surprisingly spacious

Plenty of room for all the guests, everything was clean and tidy, Faisal was very quick and helpful in responding to any queries. Would definitely stay here again!!

Thank you for your review. We have tried calling you for further feedback but no response. We can only apologise if you had bad experience as you had my number for any issues and never mentioned anything to me directly apart from boiler not working on 3rd night. House is exactly on pictures and refurbed 3months ago. It's advertised as Victorian spatious property near city. The property is fitted with new valiant eco tech boiler and we have a 24hr response for emergency. On 3rd night we came within 1hr of your text to sort out error code and turned house temperature up from 18-35degrees. Pressure on boiler was low due to small leak in bathroom radiator which valiant systems engineer has now fixed. We not sure about what work is needed in house as you haven't explained however house was refurbed 3months ago and we use house keepers for maintenance. We have 60% 5star reviews on other platforms. We will appreciate if you can call and give us detailed feedback as our aim is to improve. Housekeeper has not reported anything broken and your deposit has been refunded.

Spacious House close to Birmingham City Centre with no parking restrictions. Frequent bus services and taxis operating 24/7. Ideal peaceful quiet sleeps and busy city life just short walk/taxi ride. Properties in a city can be noisy and expensive to park often long walks with luggage can be a headache.

What makes this property unique

Privacy of own house fitted with double glazed windows and central heating system. Peaceful neighborhood with good travel links. The outskirts of Birmingham could do with a boost to the local economy by using local shops and takeways.
