Comfortable studio in the centre of Avoriaz for 4 people

Comfortable 25m² studio apartment, located in the Le Snow residence, close to all amenities (supermarket, bars/restaurants, pharmacy at the foot of the building), opposite the children's village/French ski school and very close to the resort centre. It is perfect for 4 people (ideally a couple with 2 children). The main ski lifts are directly accessible from the bottom of the residence to reach the Avoriaz and Portes du Soleil ski area (one of the largest in Europe).
The studio has a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven with grill function, a fridge, a Nespresso machine and a table with 4 chairs. The living room is equipped with a folding bed-sofa unit offering a real 140 x 195 cm bed, a wardrobe and a 48 cm LED flat TV. The furnishings also include 2 fold-away bunk beds offering excellent comfort. The bathroom, renovated in 2021, has a spacious shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The hallway is equipped with 3 storage units and a heated ski boot rack.
The studio also has access to a balcony with ski storage and mountain views.

Modern, well designed small apartment next to slopes. Great location, close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment is very well equipped for a week's holiday. Check in and out very efficient.The only negative was the beds were not very comfortable. I would recommend this studio for a couple, or family with 2 small children

Very enjoyable stay

The apartment was as described and we were thankful of being able to stay in this accommodation. It was clean, modern, spacious (for us 3), and well equipped. It was a nice and cozy apartment!It had everything you needed. There was also a lot of products provided to clean up the apartment.Nice bathroom, good bed...I think the apartment is ideal for 2 people, for 4 people it would be just a bit too tight.

Amazing service and amazing studio.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a week leading up to Christmas and from booking to checking in and out everything was perfect. Ms and Mr Daujat were super friendly and made the whole process very easy, On arrival the studio was lovely and clean, modern and has everything you need as well as being in an excellent location The ski boot warmer and dryer is a massive bonus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely place

Neat layout with folding beds, easy check-in, super close to the button lift and amenities. Beautiful views from the balcony. Would have been good if the requirement to bring your own linen was clearer as we only spotted it at the last minute as it's in French outside of the main section (the rest of the listing was in English). Really enjoyed the stay though.

Unforgettable experience

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the flat. We were lucky enough to spend 8 days there. The property has everything that you could wish for . It was perfect for us as a family of 4. The kitchen was perfectly equipped , had everything we needed, new warm bathroom and a splendid view from the balcony . The drier on the wall is great for those wet jackets and trousers.Would definitely recommend it to friends . We would love to come back one day . We fall in love with Avoriaz ! Wonderful apartment

Myself, my husband and my 2 children aged 7 and 8 stayed here for a week on the 4th January 2025. The apartment is wonderfully located and has everything you could need including a boot warmer that came in very handy. Balcony views were amazing and located right by the lift to easy access. All beds folded up which was amazing for space saving. I would highly recommend and would definitely book to stay again. There is a 2 hob electric stove, frudge with a smaller freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microve that also grills, utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, hairdryer, free wifi and lots of cleaning products. There a lovely restsurant just outside main door called why not for pizza and chips and right next to the shops. Also 2 minutes ski to the button lift to get you to the plateau for lessons

Un très bel endroit pour des vacances reposantes

Le site d'Avoriaz offre de nombreuses prestations et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps correct pour faire pas mal de rando.

Les propriétaires sont disponibles et préparent parfaitement votre arrivée. Une personne est présente dans l'immeuble pour vous accueillir, répondre à vos questions et eventuels soucis. Le logement, très propre, est bien aménagé (mentions spéciales à la literie et au chauffe chaussures). Sa situation est idéale au centre de la station. Nous recommandons +++++
