Gemütliches Haus mit Terrasse und Garten in ruhiger Wohngegend. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge & Wanderungen an der Costa Brava. Großer Supermarkt in der Nähe. Das historische Pals und der Strand sind nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Alles sauber und ordentlich mit viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Wlan-Router konnte ohne Probleme hinzugebucht werden. Nette und einfache Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselabholung und gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Vermieter.
Angnehmes, ruhiges und Familienfreundliches Viertel. Blick bis Torroella und Bucht von Estartit wunderschön. Gute Infrastruktur mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto wenn man zum Baden möchte oder um die Gegend zu erkunden.
Das Haus ist sehr schön, ruhige Lage, etwas erhöht mit einem schönen Blick. Kleiner schöner ruhiger Garten, schöne Terasse mit Terassenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm, sowie einem Grill. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 2 min erreichbar, ein Strand der auch mit Hund besucht werden darf ist ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Ein weiterer Strand mit Strandpromenade und restaurants ist ca. 3kn entfernt.
Das Haus ist sauber und bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern mit je 2 Schlafgelegenheiten und genügend Stauraum in Form von Schränken viel Platz. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet hat ein Bad mit neuer Dusche und Toilette ( sauber und ordentlich ) und unten eine Toilette mit Waschbecken ( ebenfalls sauber und orentlich ). 2 Gehminuten ist ein Kinderspielplatz.
