The apartment is in the center, next to the Buen Pastor Cathedral very close to La Concha Beach and Casco Viejo, three minutes walk from the bus and train station. It has been recently renovated. First floor of a building with elevator. It has a master bedroom with double bed, room with two beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and open kitchen, equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Parking € 12 / day, upon request.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, next to the Cathedral of "Good Shepherd", very close to the beach of La Concha and the Old Town. Three minutes walk from the bus and train. It has been recently refurbished. First floor of a building with elevator. It has a master bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two beds, living room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and open kitchen, equipped with appliances and complete utensils. Parking day on request

The apartment was just what we needed - and the host Mikel was extremely helpful and responsive. We loved our first night dinner at Casa Valles on the next street, the ice cream parlour on the corner and getting delicious breakfast and coffees from Old Town Coffee. The cathedral is literally just round the corner and is beautiful - a very peaceful spot. 10 mins walk for a swim on the Concha beach... and we loved our surfing lessons at Puka Eskola

Apartment very well located and near all amenity. Check in was a little difficult with door entry which we later noticed other guests complained about. A simple explanation of how to open the door would be useful. There is no air con so was hot despite a fan. Did have a sewer smell when exterior doors open. No views. Apartment spacious and clean. May suit some but we would not stay here again.

Wonderful sot for family

We loved the location - easy to walk out to the beach, stroll into Old Town, and grab groceries or window shop. We really appreciated having a proper kitchen so we could cook meals as a family after long days exploring.

Comfortable apartment in great location

We enjoyed Mikel’s comfortable apartment. It was close to everything and had several good restaurants nearby. Also was a short walk to the beach and the old town.

Super apartment in very central location. Spacious and airy. Lovely comfortable bed. Close to everything. Mikel left great information about pintxo bars and restaurants. Handy parking nearby which Mikel also sorted for us (E20 per day). We walked miles and saw all the main sights and attractions in SS. What a great place.

The host was very good. Communication was excellent. The host also did his best to accommodate a late arrival and a late departure due to train scheduling. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, paper towel and coffee. The property is in an excellent location close to the town center, beaches, train and bus stations.

Great Location In Comfort

San Sebastian

We had the best time and the best experience here. The host went above and beyond to book us a private boat experience with Luis, and it was the highlight of our trip. Sailing from San Sebastian to France was amazing! Will stay here again- next time we will bring our kids.

The place was clean ‘ in an excellent location. The kitchen bench had tape on a corner, a cracked glass splash back & no wine glasses were provided. The sofa would not accommodate 4 adults and there were no comfortable arm chairs. The TV was not a smart TV but overall it was a pleasant stay. To open the apartment door with the key was a bit tricky but once the host showed us how to use the key to open the door all was good. There were bars etc nearby and a great coffee breakfast cafe within a minute, so very happy with that.Overall a very nice place to stay but some attention to the details would make it even better.

Lovely spaceous Apartment in a central neighborhood

Mikel and his brother in law, Anders were most helpful with apt. entry, parking and recommendations both in the neighborhood and beyond. They were very responsive to every question I had. The apartment was spaceous and clean. Some parts of it were a little tired in wear but all was functional. The apt. is not air conditioned but it is very cool. The listing states it has a dryer but it only has a washer...so leave time for your clothes to hang on the line. It is quiet as it faces the back courtyard but residents sometimes hang out in the courtyard and you can hear them. The neighborhood is central and San Sebastián is small so it is very easy to walk everywhere. My only suggestion would be to leave some basics in the apt like tea or coffee for guests in the morning. Maybe laundry detergent. I travel with my own but I suspect not everyone does. All of this is not necessary but it would be a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, schön zentral im Zentrum von San Sebastian und ist sowohl für den Strandbesuch als auch für die Erkundung des Stadtzentrums sehr gut geeignet. Im direkten Umfeld sind Gastronomie und in ein paar Gehminuten zahlreiche Geschäfte vorhanden, es ist aber trotzdem nicht zu viel Trubel. Die Lage ist aus unserer Sicht wirklich gut. Die Wohnung selber ist prima eingerichtet und hat alles, was nötig ist. Lediglich die Fernsehcouch ist etwas ungemütlich, war für uns aber nicht weiter relevant. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Für 25 /Tag war ein Parkplatz in nahe gelegenen Parkhaus über den sehr netten Vermieter anmietbar. Der im Wohnungsangebot genannte Betrag (12 /Tag) sollte aber angepasst werden. Die Kommunikation mit Mikel (Vemieter) war über WhatsApp sehr nett und gut, alles war prima vorbereitet und funktionierte auch ohne direkten persönlichen Kontakt sehr gut. Der Strand in San Sebastian ist wunderschön mit klarem türkisen Wasser, einfach nur herrlich. Es gibt aber auch zahlreiche kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten und ein wunderbares Nachtleben in der Altstadt. Insgesamt waren es für uns 7 unvergessliche Tage in San Sebastian in einem wunderbar gelegenen und gemütlichen Appartement. Vielen Dank dafür Mikel!!!

Mikel è stato davvero un host attento e proattivo. L'appartamento è datato, ma pulito e ben fornito, si trova a 2 passi dalla cattedrale e in un quartiere ricco di pub e ristoranti. Il prezzo pagato non è basso, ma a San Sebastian gli affitti sono tendenzialmente alti per cui è difficile trovare un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero eccellente. Quindi siamo soddisfatti

Très bon logement, propre, bien situé et à proximité du centre ville (on peut tout faire à pied). Hôte très disponible qui nous donne de bonnes instructions et recommandations. Literie confortable, logement bien équipé (manque des poêles en bon état, un économe et les spots de la cuisine ne fonctionnaient pas). Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, nous reviendrons pour un prochain séjour.
