This new villa is an authentic Dalmatian house, set in the lovely landscape of the village of Poličnik. With it's blend of uniqueness and modernity, it creates a welcoming feeling and is a haven for those wanting to indulge in a week of complete relaxation.

Villa offers the opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the crystal blue waters and explore the lush Mediterranean nature. Our Villa is located just 5 km away from the beach in Posedarje. The city of Zadar is only 15 km away and the airport Zemunik just 25km form the villa.

This beautiful villa consists of two bedrooms equipped with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The villa is ideal for six people. It also has two bathrooms which are comfortable, spacious and bright. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the dining room and the living room.

The outdoor area is perfect for family vacation with its fabulous swimming pool, along with a terrace, perfect for enjoying with your family and friends! In front of the villa is small tavern where You can prepare Dalmatian specialties on barbecue for Your family and friends :)

Beautiful property with great swimming pool

The villa was immaculate. It was well laid out and suited our requirements very well. The pool was first class. The outside seating areas were really nice. The position of the villa was good- it was a straight road to Zadar, a great little city.The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we were brought home produced tomatoes, peppers and olive oil.

What a wonderfull holiday we had in this villa, I don't even know where to start...First of all, Marija and her family are superhosts, very friendly,very helpful, she does the best for her guests so they feel welcome in her house.The house is equipped as your own home, from laundry gel  washing liquids, binbags, dishwasher tablets, to antimosquitos repelents-the drawers are full, like at home...just everything you need and more.We got tomatoes and watermelon from Marija's garden as a welcome gift, also delicious home made olive oil and cherry liqueur...The villa is located in a peaceful area, offering many outdoor sitting areas and very clean swimming pool. The villa is spotlessly clean with an aircon in every room,it has a great layout, plenty parking space, beautiful garden full of olive trees, flowers, plants ...We felt like at home. It was one of the best holidays we had for the past few years. Thank you very much Marija, we hope we meet again in the future.

Beautiful Villa, spotlessly clean with a lovely pool that seems bigger than the stated size. Great location that is out of the way enough to be quiet but close enough to amenities to be convenient (local Co op type shops and bakery 3 mins away, supermarket 10 mins and coast 15 mins). Generous and helpful hosts live in next house along but are very discreet. Croatian food, wine and beer all lovely and reasonably priced. I sound like a tour guide (though can assure you I am definitely not) but I can thoroughly recommend Villa Marija.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful villa

We had a wonderful ten days staying at Villa Marija. The villa is well located between Zadar to the south and the Paklenica national park to the north. Poličnik itself is quiet but there are two small supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. The surrounding area is full of lovely restaurants and lots of interesting places to visit. We recommend doing a guided tour around Zadar old town, visiting the national park, the castle at Novigrad and the sea organ in Zadar. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would want from a holiday home. The pool and outdoor area are the real gem of the property. Marija and her husband were very welcoming hosts. We can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht.Die Lage ist angenehm ländlich und ruhig, mit dem Auto erreicht man jedoch in kurzer Zeit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleines Geschäft ist auch fussläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Zur wunderschönen Altstadt von Zadar sind es ca. 20 Minuten – wir waren mehrmals dort und waren jedes Mal begeistert.Marija ist eine großartige Gastgeberin: sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Auf unsere Nachrichten hat sie stets schnell reagiert. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit frischem Obst und leckerem Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau empfangen – eine sehr schöne Geste!Wir können dieses Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Super erholsam

Absolut korrekte und unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sehr nette und entgegenkommende Vermieterfamilie, die jederzeit erreichbar ist und viele Tipps für Ausflüge etc. geben kann. Wunderbar privates, ruhiges, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück abseits der großen Touristenströme und trotzdem nur in 20min Autodistanz zum Velebit-Gebirge oder Zadar. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Ein toller Urlaub

Wir haben die Zeit in Marijas Haus sehr genossen. Es entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und hat unsere Erwartung sogar übertroffen. Der Garten ist sehr schön und lädt zum relaxen ein. Grosser Pool, ausreichend Liege- u Sitzgelegenheiten. Vollständig eingerichtetes, modernes, grosses Haus. Viele liebevolle Details die uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm gemacht haben. Marija ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Kleiner Supermarkt 5 Gehminuten entfert, ebenso ein Restaurant ( ca. 20 min. Fussweg). Wer ein wenig Ruhe sucht, fernab vom Trubel, ist hier genau richtig. 100% ige Weiterempfehlung!!!

Unvergessene Tage!

Wir haben uns mit dem Betreten der Unterkunft heimisch und willkommen gefühlt. Marija und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber, die uns mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Seite standen. Die Kommunikation mit Englischbrocken und der Übersetzer-App war lustig und zeugte von dem großen Herz, mit dem Marija die Vermietung betreibt. Das Ferienhaus incl aller Annehmlichkeiten, wie der Pool sind so, wie beschrieben. Das Urlaubsflair vervollkommnet haben die drei Schildkröten, von uns auf Helmut, Lotte und Littlefoot getauft. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Ferienunterkunft nur empfeheln,

Super Haus mit sehr schönem Pool

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus das keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Sehr liebevoll angelegtes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Das Highlight für unsere Kids waren aber die Schildkröten die auf dem Grundstück leben. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und das Grundstück gepflegt. Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub bei Marija und ihrer Familie und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super Urlaub in sehr schönem Ferienhaus

Von Anfang an ein perfekter Urlaub: Marija und Ihre Familie sind perfekte Gastgeber - immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und super nett. Die Finca sehr schön- wie in der Beschreibung: Pool mit Lounge-Bereich super zum Relaxen & Spaß haben. Finca sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage für uns super: Etwas außerhalb von Zadar als perfekter Startpunkt für Ausflüge zu Stränden (Nin, Kozani etc), in Städte oder in Nationalparks. Ein rundum schöner Urlaub mit der Familie!

Tolle Villa vor den Toren Zadars

Die Begrüßung von unseren Vermietern war sehr herzlich und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Das Grundstück ist groß und der Poolbereich verfügt über viel Naturschatten. Der Pool war top gepflegt (jeden 2. Tag gereinigt). Die Küche verfügt über alles was man braucht und alle Räume sind super sauber. Im Kühlschrank wartete sogar ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk auf uns. Danke Marija hierfür. Die Vermietungsagentur habe ich jedoch angeschrieben, da in der Ausstattungsbeschreibung drei Fehler waren. Es gab keinen Wäschetrockner, sondern nur einen Wäscheständer, es gab keinen Whirlpool, sondern innen eine Eckbadewanne und klimatisiert war lediglich das Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und der Bäcker sind nicht weit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne wundervolle Zeit und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Besser geht es nicht

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool, die Schildkröten und der hauseigene kleine Spielplatz sorgten dafür, dass sich auch unsere Kinder sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben uns jederzeit mit Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants geholfen. Es gibt z. B. in der Nähe einen Bäcker mit einheimischen Backwaren, der uns von den Besitzern empfohlen wurde. Von allein hätten wir den Bäcker wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden. Ich kann dieses Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele tolle Ausflugsziel, z. B. Split, Strand von Nin, Krka Wasserfälle und Plitvicer Seen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger Umgebung mit sehr freundlicher Vermieterin

Das Ferienhaus ist ca. 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt Zadars entfernt und dadurch recht ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nicht allzu weit weg. Das Haus mit Garten und Pool ist sehr großzügig angelegt und man hat viel Platz. In die Einrichtung wurde viel Liebe zum Detail gesteckt. Zudem ist auch alles vorhanden was man für den Haushalt benötigt (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler mit Tabs, Bügeleisen etc.). Unsere Vermieterin Marija + Familie war super freundlich und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Der Check-In und Check-Out erfolgte sehr einfach und problemlos - auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp erleichterte vieles. Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in Kroatien sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war ein wichtiger Teil davon. Wir können hier eine absolute Weiterempfehlung aussprechen.

Holiday house Marija

The holiday home Marija was as it was described in the ad. It is a very comfortable house with a very nice and big garden and a nice pool. The trees and plants are placed with a fine architecture. A very nice terrace. The house is furnished with everything you need and every detail has been thought of. It is ideal for 6 people, but up to 8 people can stay. It offers a lot of privacy. We had a very relaxing and nice stay with our three children. Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the house. Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und herzlich, das Haus gerade für uns, die den direkten Trubel nicht wollten, einfach ideal. Auch in der größten Hitze ließ es sich mit dem Pool sehr gut aushalten. Und die Schildkröten Taten für die Entspannung ihr Übriges. Perfect house

It was one our nicest holidays and a perfect house for the two weeks. Marija and Vrato make you feel like you are friends and just guests at there house! We can recommend it definitly!

Wunderbar

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Marija hat uns herzlichen Willkommen geheißen und auch ein später Check-In sowie Check-Out waren kein Problem. Das Haus war super sauber und alles was benötigt wird war vorhanden. Der Garten ist toll zum entspannen und über die vier Schildkröten als Mitbewohner haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Marija und ihr Mann waren und sofort behilflich wenn es Fragen gab. Auch konnten wir in der Hütte im Ofen frische Pizza zubereiten. Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Liebe Marija, wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Villa sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter der Villa sind nett, zuvorkommend und sehr Gastfreundlich. Ein Auto ist absolut empfehlenswert. Zadar, Nin und Posedarje sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Nicole, Steffen Max & Til
