Located at only 5 minutes drive to the Arenal sandy beach, Casa Feliz (translated as Happy House) is an excellent holiday retreat for up to 8 holiday makers wishing to enjoy a peaceful holiday on the terrace or in the covered summer pergola alongside the private pool.
The perfect location to chill and relax.

The villa is fully equipped and has use of a fitness room. There is hot and cold air-conditioning in each bedroom.

Please note that 2 bedrooms have independent access and are not connected internally with the main house.

Beautiful Spanish villa 'Villa Feliz' translated as Happy House is set on a 2500 m2 plot in the popular Cap Marti area of Javea just a 5 minute rive from the Arenal beach with all the bars and restaurants and entertainment in the area. The pool garden is completely enclosed and private with a purpose built poolside pergola for relaxing and dinning alfresco whilst looking over the pool and mature gardens surrounded by palm trees. The villa is completely fenced and there is a lawn for the children to play and wild areas for exploring.
The main house is very spacious with an open plan lounge dinning room with double patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and in addition there is a fitness room for those looking to keep in trim whilst on holiday!

Wonderfull

We enjoyed our stay very much. As well the villa and garden gave us a feeling of a warm bath. The villa was very clean and everything you could need during a stay was available. Aranal beach was wit hun a 20 minutes walk. Thanks for having us Julie!

Lovely Private Villa

A fantastic, private, well equipped villa, a few minutes drive to the Arenal, shops and restaurants. Julie was a great host, she was contactable throughout our stay and even drove us to the local shop on our first day so we could grab some supplies. We spent most of our holiday enjoying the pool and outdoor area. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Julie for making our holiday one to cherish and remember.

Simply perfect

It does not get any better than this! The house is great, the pool fantastic, beach and restaurants easily accessible! Julie as hostess is friendly, helpful, reacts very quickly, unobtrusive, humorous, nice, and solves any arising problem within the shortest time - should you have one. It really does not get any better than this!

Amazing Stay - Stunning Villa

This stay was amazing from start to finish. Julie the property manager was excellent to deal with from the moment we arrived, she kept in contact and was there if we needed anything. The villa and pool area were sublime, private and exceptionally well equipped. We love to cook and barbeque and the villa had everything we needed. The outside gazebo area is great and allows a perfect refuge from the sun. We spent alot of time eating and drinking there. Its a 20 min walk to town and taxis are readily available. I cannot speak highly enough about the facilities and would reccomend the villa to anyone.

Javea Family Holiday

A stunning villa with a beautiful garden and pool area. The house was really well equipped, especially the kitchen which had all the utensils you would have need and a well stocked herb cupboard! Julie, the host was very helpful and made Holliday most enjoyable. Quiet at night, great air-conditioning, a lovely relaxing area by the pool and 20 minute downhill stroll into town. Taxi home cost around 8 to €10 If you didn’t feel like walking back after a night out and with the property on the hill there was a lovely cooling breeze during the day. The whole family had a fantastic time.

The villa is great and the location is close to the beach. The main bedroom /dressing/ensuite is huge & the house is lovely and spacious. Everything was great & Julie was a perfect host. Highly recommed this villa. :)

Sehr schöne Haus! Würden wiederkommen!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses hat sehr gut zugetroffen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung war sehr schön und uns gefiel es dort super! Pool und Terasse fantastisch, Elternzimmer der Traum, Küche wunderbar gross! Julie war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin! Danke! Sehr empfehlenswert.... wir waren in Oktober 2019 dort und hatten grosses Glück mit dem Wetter und durften nochmals einen Spätsommer geniessen!

Beautiful Casa Feliz!

We had such an amazing holiday at Casa Feliz. It was our first time in Javea too and met all our expectations and more. Amazing scenery, beautiful sandy beach , fantastic restaurants as well as the old historic town and Port. The Villa was perfect for the nine of us, with plenty of space. Was the best equipped Villa we have been too, with lots of additional extras such as beach towels etc that we didn’t expect. Truly felt like a home from home. Pool area is stunning, so peaceful and relaxing. Loved the way it wasn’t overlooked by other villas too. Lovely outdoor eating area which was used several times a day! The children were entertained by the Pool table and darts when they weren’t in the pool, there was absolutely loads for them to do. Julie, What can I say! You looked after us brilliantly! You seemed to understand the sorts of things we loved to do and gave us so many ideas of places to go. Loved the old market in Jesus Pobre and the tapas restaurants in the historic town too. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a villa in Javea

Great villa for two families

A very nice house with nice interiors, good pool and a fully equipped kitchen. It is as good as it looks on the pictures, or even better. Julie was an excellent host as well helping us with suggestions and any questions we had.

A relaxing holiday in superb surroundings

The Villa is in a great location, very close to the beach yet in a quiet residential area. We fully enjoyed all the facilities the Villa had to offer. The weather was great for the early season so we made much use of the huge outside terrace, the pergola and of course the pristine pool. It was great to pick fresh lemons for our G&Ts from the tree groaning with fruit.

Great villa for chilling!

We had a great 2 week holiday this August in this lovely villa with 2 of us plus 5 young adults. Everything was as described online and the villa had everything we needed. We have stayed in Javea a lot and this villa had the best outdoor area we have had, with loads of sun beds and different areas to chill out in. The master bedroom suite was fabulous, with a superb bathroom and the main living room and kitchen were great. The villa is in a good location, with nearby supermarkets and a short drive to Arenal and then the Port. Favourite restaurants were El Gaucho, Piri Piri and La Siesta. We had a couple of minor issues but Julie the owner always responded really quickly and fixed it. Communication before and during our stay was really good and Julie gave us lots of information and help, and even persuaded some of us to go to Yoga with her! We would definitely come back and have decided that every holiday villa should have a Julie!

Everything we needed !!

Lovely villa with absolutely everything we needed. Captures Javeas stunning tranquility. Fantastic kitchen , living area and an amazing covered outdoor area which will be sorely missed. We all had an amazing time and would DEFINATELY return Owner even helped out after some travel issues. Can't recommend enough 👍👍 Thanks again julie

Five Star Quality Villa in a Great Location

We stayed at the villa between 29th Aug and 5th August. We are a family of four, but the Villa is large enough to accommodate double our number ! The villa is in a fantastic location for a family with kids -as its just 5 mins in a car down to the main beach. Javea is a great resort, as it has some great bars and restaurants but is small and friendly, and not like built up resorts further south down the coast. The villa itself is of a very high calibre and all the fittings and furniture are first class and high quality. The master bedroom would put many a five start hotel to shame ! The outside space at the Villa is also exceptional. The gardens provide a great setting for a separate shaded veranda area where we spent a lot of evenings - making use of the barbeque facilities. The lovely garden provides a great backdrop for the fantastic pool which is a brilliant size for swimming or messing around with the kids. Julie, the owner, was discretely on hand to answer any questions (and provide translations) and point us in the direction of some great places to eat and also a speed boat/water-skiing trip ! This was a great place to have a holiday and a fantastic villa to enjoy the resort from. We stay in Villas abroad every year and this Villa is one of the best we have ever rented.

Beautiful Villa, Beautiful Surroundings

I visited Javea for the second time in June on a family holiday. We were surprised how much it had changed over the years. The beach was lovely, as i was visiting with my 11 month old daughter the shallow, gentle sea was perfect. All of the restaurants were child friendly which made a refreshing change! There was plenty to see and do in the area and the makeover on the Arenal is smashing. The Villa was clean and spacious, with 6 adults and 2 children all holidaying together space was a must! The villa was very well equipped, the furniture was tasteful and we didn't want for anything.

Beautiful Holiday Villa

This villa far out-weighed our expectations. We booked for the whole family and chose this one because of the location and the separate bedrooms for the teenagers, which were on the lower level - it meant that they did not disturb the rest of the family. The villa was really lovely and clean and bright and modern too- the kitchen is stunning and completely equipped with every gadget you could need. There were 2 BBQ's but we only used the gas one and ate outside every evening at the side of the pool - in fact we spent most of our time in the garden and used the outside pergola more than the inside sitting room. There was wifi for the kids and also a pool table and darts board, in a covered area which was a nice surprise which we didnt know about when booking. All in all it was good place to rent and we didn't have any problems and would definitely use it again.
