Large shared pool plus splash pools right outside the door. Private, pretty garden with terrace furniture, sun loungers and large BBQ. Fully equipped including English TV channels, radio, DVD, CD player and wireless Internet. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and juicer/blender. Log burning fire. This is a spacious house that is equipped for full time living, not with just the essentials for holiday lets. Comfortable beds, books, puzzles and games - a home from home. Perfect for families and couples in summer or winter.

Javea is made up of three different areas, the Arenal beachfront, the Port and the Old Town.
The Arenal Beachfront is a curved sandy beach with a promenade flanked by shops, bars and restaurants. Perfect for families, the beach is safe, clean and spacious.
The Port area also has a beach, bars and restaurants along with the Marina where the fishermen bring in the daily catch. This area has a very different feel to that of the Arenal Beach.
The Old Town of Javea is the traditional centre with narrow streets dominated by the 15th century church. This is real Spain with tapas bars, the market square and of course the weekly market..

Around Javea there are many beaches and coves to visit, watersports, horseriding, golf, crazy golf, young childrens fairground, go karting, tennis, walking.... the list goes on.

casa muy acogedora, cómoda y bien ubicada.
El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, la casa es muy amplia y cómoda, suficientemente amueblado (en nuestro caso solo éramos tres) y dispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios. El jardín está puesto con gusto y muy bien cuidado.

My late husband and myself bought this house as our home from home and our four daughters loved their holidays there as children. Now they go back every year with their own children. I rent the house out year round and enjoy maintaining it with the help of my good friend who lives nearby. My so called "holidays" there are always spent with a paintbrush in my hand in between trips to the garden centre to replace plants in my endeavor to keep the garden looking attractive.

Why they chose this property

To answer the question "why this property?" I think my reviews answer that question.
I can add that I have so many returning guests that there is only space for around 4 - 5 new ones throughout each year (myself and my family only take up 6 - 7 weeks over the course of a year ). I think maybe to sum it up, it is Location, comfort and amenities within the house that make it appealing together with a reasonable rental price. When I purchase something, within reason, I try not to work on the theory that "it will do for a rental property".

What makes this property unique

The house is so close to the pool. There is no need to carry bags and chairs to it. Just put your drink in your hand, lay back and enjoy. However, if you just want to sit in the greenery of the private garden , you can do that to.
