Well equipped house. Everything needed for preparing meals to laundry is available. There is even a teapot which is unusual because most gites don’t seem to supply one. There were many types of coffee making gadgets and we were able to try at least two.Jerome greeted us on arrival as well as seeing us off. He was friendly and helpful. Communication with Muriel on arbitel and WhatsApp’s was helpful and friendly too.We were very comfortable enjoyed our stay at Jerome and Muriel’s house. Thank you both for the box of lovely biscuit and bottle of cider. We hope to return one day at a time when our favourite Boulangerie with the best baguette in Normandy at Av. Passous is not on vacation!

Fantastic house for our family stay

Our overall experience at La Maison du Bonheur was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious, well laid out and thoughtfully decorated. The location just a few steps from the beach was very convenient. We truly felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We hope to come back in the future. Thank you Mr and Mme Clément for an incredible vacation in Normandy.

A perfect home for dog owners and parents

We had the best time in this vacation home with two dogs and a our baby! Large living rooms, kitchen with separate dining room (conservatory with sliding doors) and a small but very clean garden as well as the short walk to the sea - we enjoyed everything every day and were able to relax very well.The vacation home and the facilities were very clean and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.We felt very comfortable and took many wonderful memories with us and can highly recommend the vacation home.

Excellent family home

Modern and spacious property within easy walk to beach and shops. Enjoyed local walks and visit to local tennis courts and park. Visited D-Day beaches and Le Mont Saint Michel. Welcomed to property by Monsieur Clement and very informative property guide. Enjoyed a meal at La Plancha (dog friendly) and watching the sunset.

Das Haus von Jerome und Muriel war perfekt für unseren Urlaub zu Dritt plus Hund. Die Beschreibung passt genau. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Muriel und Jerome wahr sehr gut. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle für den schnellen Austausch des Grills . Bis zum Strand, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind es jeweils nur wenige Minuten. Agréable station balnéaire pour les familles avec une grande plage, une longue promenade aménagée le long de la plage et tous les commerces indispensables.Jolie maison bien décorée, beau jardin bien équipé, plage toute proche à 300m, possibilité de garer 2 voitures ( une dans la propriété et une devant dans l'impasse). Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant qui donne beaucoup d'informations pratiques.En conclusion, une excellente adresse pour passer des vacances reposantes.

Die Lage ist so zentral wie ruhig. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte im Zentrum haben wir innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Für den Rückweg bietet sich der Weg am Strand / über die Strandpromenade an. Der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus erreichbar. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge und, mit etwas Glück, Delfine zu sehen.Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, sehr gepflegt und voll ausgestattet. In Wintergarten und Garten saßen wir sehr bequem. Alles ist vorhanden, Einrichtung und Deko sind ausgesprochen charmant. In der Garage kann man Fahrräder sicher abstellen.Begrüßung und Einweisung waren sehr freundlich, umfassend und unkompliziert, wie auch sonst der Kontakt. Auch unsere vierzehnjährige Malinois war willkommen.

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und großzügiges Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse. Der Weg zum Strand und Bäcker ist recht kurz. En guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Normandie.

Sehr schöne, großzügige Doppelhaushälfte. Ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen. Gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr für eine Familie. Strand ist fußläufig in 4 min zu erreichen.Vermieter ist sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Sehr schönes und helles Haus in zentraler Lage, fußläufig in wenigen Minuten am Strand.Das Haus ist vollständig eingerichtet und entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung.Abgeschlossener kleiner Garten mit Terrasse.Freundliche und prompte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern.Sehr empfehlenswert!

Contact et accueil très aimable et efficace. La maison est très agréable, très confortable avec des pièces vastes décorées avec goût . Très belle maison et location de vacances parfaite

Nous venons de séjourner pendant 4 semaines cet été 2024, et, depuis notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, nous n'avons que des compliments à adresser à Monsieur et Madame Clément, nos hôtes. L'annonce était parfaitement claire et très bien illustrée sur Abritel. La maison est magnifique, très propre, décoration soignée, literie excellente. Le jardin est un véritable clos normand très soigné, où il fait bon se reposer, déjeuner et dîner dehors quand le temps le permet, lire, se détendre. Rien à redire. Petite recommandation : il est préférable d'avoir un véhicule pour aller faire les courses, le marché, vider les poubelles de tri sélectif (verres et emballages) et découvrir la région qui recèle des endroits à visiter ou à voir. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette jolie maison à louer, spacieuse, confortable et agréable à vivre par tous les temps. Et nous remercions Monsieur et Madame Clément pour la qualité de leur accueil très attentionné.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau den Angaben und Fotos. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit einer persönlichen Note. Den hellen Wintergarten haben wir sehr gerne genutzt, da das Wetter recht kühl und wechselhaft war. Der kleine Garten ist komplett abgeschlossen, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Zum Strand sind es tatsächlich nur ein paar hundert Meter. Die Ortsmitte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Kurz, es stimmte alles. Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen. Nur eine Anmerkung: Das Geschirr war teilweise nicht ganz sauber, was aber wohl an den letzten Mietern gelegen hat. Ansonsten war alles tiptop.
