Beautiful Farm on Caney Fork River ~ Fantastic Nature Retreat ~ Very Peaceful!

The property has a large barn with a 2 bed room and one bath home. Custom Cabinets and granite counter tops. Living room has 60" flat screen TV with beautiful rock fireplace. 8-10 acres are open and the remaining is woods. Property is directly on the Caney Fork River and also has miles of trails. Lots of wildlife.

There is exceptional cell phone service on the farm that is strong enough for movie streaming if you have a hot spot! The Cabin also has WiFi!

Central A/C, wood burning fireplace. Queen in master, bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, Queen/Tall Twin. Living room has a futon. Property is very private and located on a dead end street. Easy access to the River and a beautiful rock bar that allows for great fishing. I also have another 5 bed room home on the farm that is available to rent if you are interested. sleeps.

I was looking for a place nearby my home that would be a very private and quiet getaway. This property provided a great deal of space for my dog to run & explore and the scenery was gorgeous! We so enjoyed our time. It was a great reset and escape from suburban life.

We loved our few days at the cabin- the farm is so beautiful with such an amazing spot along the river for relaxing, cooling off, fishing. Lovely spot for walking- looks like a park- just beautifully maintained. Kitchen was well supplied, and we cooked the entire time because I didn’t care to venture away! Shower was amazing! It was our dog’s first time in a river- he had a blast! We’d definitely love to stay there again!

This is our third trip to the property. We have a group of Marines that served together in the early 90’s. This is a great men’s getaway for a long weekend and gives us the space to fit everyone and not deal with the rest of the world for a few days. Cell coverage is good which matters. Mostly we hang out at the river or outside telling stories and catching up. If you have a large group like a reunion or family get together this is your place

The perfect retreat!

We loved our stay here! It was a perfect, beautiful spot on the river for our weekend of fishing in the area. The dogs loved it too! The hosts were very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout for one last morning of fishing. Very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

I have 4 lovely children and a wonderful wife. I am originally from New Orleans however I have lived in Chattanooga TN and call it home. I purchased this farm as a retirement place and my family and i love spending time there. I own a sign company called Professional Sign Service and a lighting company called Certified Lighting.

Why they chose this property

20 years ago or so i had a friend bring me on a fishing trip to this part of Tennessee. Over the next several years i visited the area many times and made some new friends. I think this part of the country is absolutly beautiful and the rivers are fantastic. I decided to buy some land on the river and i found this property and love it. I have done lots of work to the property including miles of trails, barn and a very comfortible living space.

What makes this property unique

Everyone that comes falls in love with my place and i so enjoy sharing it with others. it is very private and the scenery. The Caney Fork river is beautiful at this spot and with the ability to easily get access to it and the large rock bar is a great attraction. The talk along the river through the trees is so special and it has created a cool canopy shade from the sun.
