The Lodge is located in Kenwick Woods, on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, near the Georgian market town of Louth. The woods are part of the 320 acre grounds of Kenwick Park Hotel, home to a leisure Club, Golf Club, restaurant, bar and a beauty salon. The lodge is close to the twelfth fairway, with excellent views to be seen from the decked veranda.

Complimentary access to Magna Vita Leisure is available for guests during their stay. The Meridian Leisure Centre is approximately 1.5 miles from the Lodge and has an eight lane pool for swimmers, a kid’s pool and flume, an 80 station Gymnasium and a cafe overlooking the pool area.

The lodge offers the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and the many attractions it has to offer, with a variety of beaches, shopping, historic sights and attractions all within 30 minutes drive of the site.

We can accommodate all parties and all booking types, from short breaks to long-term lets. Please contact us if you do not find what you need on this listing.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, toilet and hand basin and a king sized bed.
In the second bedroom, there are two twin beds, with a separate bathroom with bath/shower attachment, toilet and hand basin.
There is a spacious kitchen leading onto dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and electric oven.
The lounge has patio doors leading onto the veranda.

Excellent, quiet family holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge and also using the spa, which includes the gym and the swimming pool which was great to use and both kids had fun! The lodge was large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenage children with no problems and had all amenities to hand. Dealing with the owner of the lodge was also a trouble free and replies were always immediate. Would definitely go back again, given the chance!

Lodge was lovely well equipped. There is no checkin process and as lodge numbers are duplicated, so it can be confusing.

Wonderful location!

Even though we only had a short stay of two nights the location and the lodge were absolutely fabulous. Lodge is incredibly spacious with all the mod-cons! Beautiful to take the dog for a walk first thing in the morning along with all the friendly squirrels! Would highly recommend to anyone wishing a visit. Jamie & Yana

Cabin ok but needs update

cookware terrible, frying pans unusable even with loads oil completely stuck to everything, cabin dusty and a few cobwebs. main bed small and not very comfortable for me. overall good but would like to see few updates as mentioned.

Very sorry to receive this response to Michael's stay in the lodge, I find it a great shame that None of the complaints left in the review were mentioned while Michael was in the lodge so they could be put right straight away . The bed size would have been mentioned in the lodge description when he booked the lodge so must have been seen as acceptable at that time of booking Given the complaints i am surprised to have received a 4 star rating Mike

Lovely lodge with just a few tiny flaws

Was all around ok. There was a couple of issues one with the washing machine not working as well as the Hoover and a missing part to the dishwasher. Aside from these the lodge was clean, and a lovely space. Property manager was great to deal with.

Perfect lodge for a peaceful, comfortable retreat

We stayed in Cosy Cottage which was a 3 bedroomed lodge, set in a very peaceful and pretty corner of the Estate. The lodge was immaculate and well equipped with every home comfort you could wish for. The verandah was large with patio furniture- on which we enjoyed the amazing Bank Holiday sunshine. We used the Spa pool a couple of times - new, superb facilities and really relaxing - the staff were very helpful. Had an excellent meal at The Royal Oak (the Wash) on the recommendation of Mike - great food, reasonably priced. We all had a fabulous time and would definitely love to return again to this idyllic lodge in the future. Thanks for letting us use your lodge - can't fault it.

Had a great break away! The lodge was clean, spacious and well equipped. The Spa facilities are 5* , we enjoyed using everything on offer, including the tennis court, gym, pool, had a treatment in the Spa, and hotel on- site 😊

Wonderful and Relaxing

Stayed here for 2nights with the family and it was wonderful. Nice and relaxing environment. Great location. The cabin was beautiful and the use of the spa was brilliant. Would highly recommended and we will be back.

An amazing hideaway!

We have just spent a week at Kenwick park and had a fantastic time. The lodge was immaculate and really spacious. It was well equipped and had a lovely cosy atmosphere. The park itself was very picturesque and the pool was a real focal point of our holiday. From our lodge we were able to explore Sutton-on-Sea, Skegness and a pottery place in Mablethorpe called Eastside Ceramics. Thanks ... we'll be back again! Keri

3 generations aged from 2 years to 60+ all had a thoroughly good time making the most of all the facilities on offer. The log cabin offered excellent accommodation - clean, well equipped , warm and comfortable. Only thing we missed was not being able to barbecue.
