Our top floor flat is on the vibrant Leith Walk. The comfortable apartment sleeps 4 and compromises a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Living room: Bright and spacious living room fully furnished with two sofas and coffee table. Tv & wifi included.

Kitchen: The kitchen is kitted out with everything you need for your stay - hob, oven, fridge, toaster, utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a large dining room table available for cooking meals in.

Bedroom 1: Bright bedroom with king size bed and ample storage space. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen on your bed prior to your arrival.

Bedroom 2: Spacious king size bed in second bedroom.

Bathroom: Bath and shower available. We supply hand soap, shower gel and shampoo for our guests. Bath towels and hand towels are also provided.

Leith Walk is a popular residential area with a distinctive creative and alternative feel within easy walking distance from New Town and Old Town.

## Transit

There is a bus stop just outside the front door on Leith Walk which has buses every 5 minutes taking you to the city centre (journey takes a maximum of 10 minutes). However, everything is really within reaching distance by foot. You will be on Prince's Street in 15 minutes and up to the top of the castle in around half an hour!

Week in Edinburgh

Great place, clean and beautifully and comfortably furnished, kitchen was well appointed but there were so many good restaurants and pubs in walking distance we used it for breakfast and not much else.

Fantastisk lejlighed

Vi havde en dejlig uge. Lejligheden lå med en vis gåafstand til Princess Street og The Royal Mile, men ikke for langt væk. Selv lejligheden var hyggelig med gode senge og et dejligt stort køkken. Eneste lille minus er trappen til 3. sal, men det skyldes nok mere vores dårlige form.

Open Championship Stay

Lovely apt and perfect for 4 people staying in Edinburgh for the first time. Food is super close and the bus/train is less than a mile walk. Just a wonderful place to stay
